Avoided touching anything besides the bed which was barely decent, they obviously don’t clean here at all. Save yourself the trouble and just book another hotel
- RERoss EcclestoneMay 11, 20261.0Rooms were dirty. First think of a wet dog what had pooped itself in the room. Changed to the second room room was filthy covered in dirt. Floors haven't been cleaned inches of dust and dirt went to reception. The man went round the middle with a Hoover wasn't logged. If it wasn't a non-refundable rooms, we were the left straight away and got our money back and gone somewhere else. Bugs and stuff in the room felt completely grimy and awful. Showers have mould in it truly disgusting. I go to the south of the country regularly. First time using this hotel chain and the last completely ruined my visit down south this time. The breakfast which we paid for was not worth it. Scrambled eggs so watery no flavour sausages overcooked bacon was rubber. Not worth the money. The visit was not worth the money. Did complain at the hotel. Nothing logged. Went back and told booking.com they investigated and the hotels at North complaint completely.

I specially liked that the shower had a built in seat area as I have difficulty in standing whilst showering, The staff were wonderful and the buffet style breakfast was excellent and well cooked. I would have no concerns about recommending a stay here.
