  We weren't originally booked in here for our stay but moved here after the first night due to the previous hotel not having air-conditioning. The air conditioning was fantastic and there was also a large fan. Our room was huge. We didn't hear a sound from the corridors or outside the hotel and slept really well. Breakfast was cooked fresh to order. The staff were friendly and helpful. I would like to give Sue a special mention. She was so friendly. She filled up our drink bottles with ice and water and gave the children snacks to take to Thorpe park. We will definitely return.

  Great experience, staying at the hotel for three nights. Very professional and friendly personel, that truly cares for the customers. Huge shoutout to the hotel manager Chris, for being an outstanding manager.

  I just want to give an update and I'm glad I did not post my previous review on trust pilot or anywhere else. I want to retract my 1 star review from Premier Inn I was not given the full story until literally 2 minutes ago today regarding my inlaws. They did manage to stay the night and I want to sincerely apologise to any staff, and to management who were working that night as my inlaws checked in under my name. Staff treated my inlaws well, they had a good experience. I'm sorry once again.

  We stayed here for only 3 days & 2 nights. The receptionist named Oksana is very attentive and lovely. The manager named Chris was very jolly & welcoming. Maria at the kitchen was very nice & accommodating. Bina the one who attended us after the tripped of electricity at our room was also very helpful. Most of the staff here are really doing above & beyond for this place. However on the other note the carpet really needs a deep clean. The toilet room needs a good wash. Our room was very spacious for us three and it was nice that there is a pull out bed to be placed for my daughter's bed as her frame was quite high. We will definitely come back!

  I have been staying at this hotel for one night every four weeks since December 2025, and overall my experience has been very positive. The staff are truly outstanding. Rabina, Precious, Chris, Oksana and the rest of the team are always friendly, professional, and welcoming. They consistently go above and beyond to make me feel safe and comfortable during my stays. I especially appreciate how kind and understanding Precious and Oksana are towards me and my son when he visits, as we both have ADHD. Their approach makes a real difference and creates a very inclusive and relaxed environment. However, I would like to provide some constructive feedback regarding housekeeping. While some members of the housekeeping team do an excellent and thorough job, there seems to be inconsistency at times. I believe this may be due to time pressures rather than lack of effort. On a few occasions, I have noticed: Areas being missed, such as the outside of the toilet bowl, sink, and toilet seat Residue left in the bath from previous guests Dust build-up on skirting boards, carpets, and on top of curtains Coffee stains on walls I have reported some of these issues, particularly in the bathroom and with dust accumulation. I also witnessed a situation where guests directed their frustration at reception staff regarding cleanliness. I feel it is important to note that the front desk team should not be blamed for housekeeping issues, as they have always handled situations professionally and done their best to resolve concerns. Despite these points, the staff consistently make my stay feel positive and welcoming every single time. Their attitude and customer care are a real credit to the hotel. Thank you to the team for your continued kindness and professionalism.
