Misleading advertising. Hotel ststes Free parking, but you have to pay £5 a night and there are only a few parking spaces. The rest of the guests have to leave their vehicles at the Services car park and then walk back to hotel on a main road without pedestrian walkway or access. Google photos show fancy photos with espresso machines and fridges, but you go to a tired room with an old kettle and keep your windows open trying to get the heavy smell away. The Service - the Manager breaks all rules and tells you that you can use the Emergency exit (emergency exit only) as a short cut to the services car park and the staff tells you why don't you park at the 'lorrie's only' car park to the front.

A no frills hotel. Room is okay, bed is comfortable, staff are nice. Breakfast is okay, a bit dry when I went but this may vary depending on how long it's been on the hot plate. Location is not great, being in a services, and the hotel specific car park is pretty small and costs extra.

very happy with the stay, very affordable, friendly and helpful staff. we just came back from a weekend away in bristol and the hotel experience was amazing, clean and comfy room. As we left today we got into the car and the cleaner who was cleaning our room came running out and gave us our pillow and blanket we left in the room (in the rain also) would like to show her appreciation! we were in room 42 last night and she was the cleaner for it today. staff went above and beyond
