  We have recently been this weekend and onastley can't put into words how upsetting this weekend was. This wasn't our first time going we went at Christmas and that was amazing so decided to go back for my little brothers birthday unfortunately that was the biggest mistake we had taken ! We stayed in 2 different rooms as it was a party of 5. Both rooms were dirty on the beds, in the bathrooms, and on the bedroom floors. Yes we did have complementary hot drinks in the room but couldn't drink them because the mugs were dirty so had to get some more mugs from the staff. Although we complained about the mess they just kept giving us more dirty bedsheets. In one of the bedrooms the plug was coming out of the wall. When we went for breakfast the bacon was undercooked and the mugs were dirty. They was one front of house staff that was doing all of the work while all the outher staff stood talking and not helping this one women. Just very sad that we had experienced this and will definitely not be going back 😢

  Absolutely brilliant hotel. Location was perfect with the tram stop right outside but also very quiet. The rooms were clean and tidy and there was no noise from outside at all. No opening windows but the air-conditioning worked very well and kept the room at a lovely temperature for sleeping. Breakfast in the morning was 5 star quality, so much choice and all delicious. The car park over the road was adequate for what was needed, secure, clean and a good price. The staff at the hotel were polite, professional, helpful and just wonderful. Me and my hen party had the best time and will definitely be back and definitely will be staying in this hotel. Definitely recommend!!

  Been visiting Blackpool for 20 years and this is easily the best hotel in central Blackpool. Spotlessly clean, with a nice restaurant, gym, and affordable accessible parking. Outstanding!

  Excellent hotel for those travelling by car or by rail with both a tram beneath the hotel and a railway station less than a hundred yards away. North Pier is only a five minute walk. The staff at the hotel are excellent.

  We stayed here because it was well placed right next to Blackpool North Station, and less than half a mile away from the seafront. As I use a wheelchair, we had an accessible room, and it was well appointed and had everything I needed. The Platform 9 Restaurant and Bar is part of the hotel on the ground floor. We used it on 2 of the 3 nights we were there, and it was a relaxing place to enjoy a meal and a few drinks afterwards. The breakfast is well worth having as well - it's the first time I have seen a fried slice at a breakfast buffet, and we both enjoyed it so much. Shout outs to Arron who looked after us in the bar, and Lorraine who looked after us at breakfast.
