  We had a really poor experience over the bank holiday. Very hot and ended up standing in queues the whole time, the worst being the tent to the 4D cinema which effectively became a green house in the sun. We didn’t know what we were queuing for and were given no updates for 45 minutes as no staff were present. Ended up skipping the rest. Tried to alert staff to the issues in the tent upon leaving, lovely lady at the photo booth said she completely agreed and asked if I could let other staff members know as she had already raised it. Did not find another member of staff until the exit. I completely take responsibility for the day we went and that we had gone during the heatwave but we had pre booked tickets! It just seemed no actions were taken to accommodate for the bank holiday and stifling heat. Lots of young children queuing for long periods of time with no activities for distraction, just didn’t come across as fully family friendly.

  Cadbury World is a fun and immersive experience! It was so interesting to learn about the history of the Cadbury family and how the business grew, right alongside seeing exactly how the chocolate is made today. Getting to temper chocolate in the interactive zones was also a brilliant touch. The staff members were very welcoming and always happy to tell you some fun facts about chocolate. Best of all, you get to sample plenty of chocolate along the way! I would recommend booking your visit for a weekday if you can, as it's much quieter and lets you take your time. Plus, they offer excellent student ticket discounts!

  We had an amazing family day out at Cadbury World – 2 adults, our 6-year-old boy and 3-year-old baby girl – and it was an extraordinary experience from start to finish. A very warm welcome from Mr Jay made us feel special right away. The children absolutely loved enjoying fresh chocolate with toppings of their own choice, and it was fascinating watching the staff making chocolate creations live – shoes, footballs, dolls and many other amazing products. The game changer of the day was Mr Paul at the 3D screen queue. He made the waiting experience enjoyable and entertaining for everyone. Paul kept families and school children happy, engaged and smiling with his amazing energy and positive attitude. 10/10 experience. The whole tour was educational, entertaining and full of surprises. From learning the history of Cadbury, tasting chocolate, watching live demonstrations, walking through the attractions and enjoying the rides – every chapter of the Cadbury story felt like opening a new page in a real-life book. An amazing personality, an inspiring journey, and every part brought a new surprise and challenge. Thank you to all the wonderful staff for making our family day unforgettable. Highly recommended for families!

  We visited Cadbury World today as a family of 2 adults and our children aged 6 and 3, and had a superb experience from start to finish. Excellent service by all staff members throughout the day. A special thank you to Mr Jay for giving us such a warm welcome. The children loved receiving samples to taste and watching the staff create amazing chocolate treats including shoes, footballs and other special creations. It was fascinating and enjoyable for all ages. A huge thank you also to Mr Paul, who hosted the queue area for the 3D cinema. Paul brought incredible energy and enthusiasm and had a fantastic way with visiting families and school children. He made everyone smile and kept people entertained – you could see how much people enjoyed his positive attitude and fun personality. All the staff we came across were doing a fantastic job. Time flew by while exploring the whole tour – it felt like a dream and finished too quickly because we enjoyed every moment so much. We never felt we missed anything and everyone enjoyed every second, especially tasting the delicious Cadbury chocolate along the way. Thank you to the whole Cadbury World team for making our day so memorable. Highly recommended for families!

  Ich weiß nicht wo ich beginnen soll.. Für Kinder ist es vielleicht ein nettes Erlebnis, aber sonst echt enttäuschend. Man bekommt 3 Schokoriegel zu Beginn, die waren ganz OK. Nach einer netten Vorführung kam man in einen Raum, wo man einen kleinen Schokoladenbecher mit 2 toppings bekommen hat, das war's an probieren:) siehe Foto. Sonst war der Rest durchgehen, ein wenig was lesen und man konnte mit Schokolade etwa schreiben/sie temperieren? Nach ca 1h waren wir draußen und konnten nicht fassen, dass das alles war... Wir kannten die ZotterErlbenisswelt, wo man so viele Kreationen probieren kann, von Kakaonipps-zu Kakaobutter bis hin zu viel Schokolade. Abgesehen vom Film, wo gezeigt wurde wie Schokolade so ungefähr gemacht wird, war eher mehr Werbung im Vordergrund:) Die letzte Station, eine "Achterbahn" oder was das war, war gesperrt. Leider nicht zum weiterempfehlen für Erwachsene, für Kinder eventuell, wobei ich den Preis dafür auch als zu hoch empfinde.. Dazu noch: leider war das Personal auch nicht sonderlich erfreut da zu arbeiten, zumindest von dem, was die Eindrücke hinterlassen haben;) (Ob's 2 oder 3 Sterne verdient, bin ich mir selber nicht sicher)
