We decided 2 days later to cancel as flights had doubled. Surprise surprise we cancelled but no refund. We’ve now had an email telling us to pay the remainder of the holiday as they hadn’t cancelled it when we asked them to. To say we are furious is an understatement and we are still waiting on a call back despite 4 calls from ourselves today. WILL NEVER RECOMMEND BARHEAD TRAVEL and be assured I will take this further if I have to.
