The staff were amazing and friendly.. even helped me out when my flight was cancelled.. the AC was nice and cool. Bed was comfortable.. only down side there was no mini fridge in any of the rooms and no microwaves but that my American spoiled brat

Had a great stay at Premier Inn Cwmbran. A special thank you to Ben A, who was incredibly friendly, helpful and welcoming throughout my stay. His customer service really stood out and made me feel comfortable and well looked after. It’s always the little things that make a stay enjoyable, and Ben went above and beyond. Thank you, Ben, 👌🏻

Staff were amazing from the time we stepped into reception, the young man was very welcoming and helpful. To breakfast and end of stay. The receptionist rang me a taxi when I had no signal.
