Fantastic family stay for 3 nights, beds were super comfy so we had a great sleep as it was also a quiet location. Swimming pool and gym were great for the whole family and although we didn't have breakfast, there looked to be plenty of choice. The location suited us perfectly, very quiet yet only a 1 minute drive to Telford shopping centre with a big Asda, plenty of shops and eateries. We had brunch and dinner out there. Staff were really helpful and friendly, if we had 1 complaint it was only that the carpet in our room didn't look like it had been hoovered. We did request that it was but are not sure it happened! However, this was only a minor thing and did not impact our stay at all. We would definitely recommend and would stay again if we are in the area.

Had 2 nights here while visiting friends in the area. The hotel looks like it's had a major overhaul and is gorgeous. The bar area was welcoming and the bar staff very friendly and helpful. We had fish and chips from the bar menu. It came piping hot, was a generous portion and delicious. Our room was spacious withh everything we needed. What I liked most was the very large comfortable bed which gave us the best nights sleep in ages. Fantastic value for money all round.

Standard place well located close to Telford town with many amenities nearby and very close off the main roads. Service was standard with some complications as staff stated that the reservations team do not know exactly what the hotel services and costs are. Rooms were spacious well equipped but dusty and with a few insects which kept the kids up disturbing their and our sleep sadly. Food and drink selection is good with kind helpful serving staff. Decent swimming pool, gym, sauna & steam room. Needs to be better maintained. Won't be staying there again.

My husband and I were excited to stay here with our toddler (21 months old) after researching family-friendly hotels on our way back from Anglesey to Bristol. The booking system (whether through booking.com or their own website) seems to think that toddlers constitute adults, so it would only show us a room with two double beds, which obviously we didn't need, so we booked a room for 2 adults and requested a free cot. To ensure we had enough space, could put our toddler to bed in her cot, and enjoy the rest of our evening, we treated ourselves to a suite on a bed, breakfast, and dinner package. It was extremely disappointing to be called by a staff member called Vicky and told in an unapologetic tone that we couldn't stay in a suite with our toddler because it was against hotel policy. I can't find anything online to suggest that this is true, nor does it make sense when suites are most appealing to young families. I explained that we don't need two double beds, so I asked whether we should just put 2 adults down on the booking, to which she insisted that we had to declare our child. This unaccommodating interaction resulted in us cancelling our booking completely and finding somewhere else to stay.

From the outside hotel looks normal nothing fancy, step inside different story. Apparently it has been recently renovated and the effect shows. Main lobby area floors right into the main reception bar area and dining hall. Room are very nicely decorated, modern looking with large flat screens wall mounted. There are USB ports bed side. Dinning hall is really nice also. I was fortunate enough to have the Dinning package included in my stay and it did not disappoint. Stay were very friend but no too bothersome. Food came out fast and fresh. Also presentation on some of the dishes was 10/10 really upscale. Had to make a point to try almost everything on thr menu. All the option where really good. Most of the meals served were portioned very large sometime making it difficult to finish . Lol especially when one start with an appetizer.
