  Stayed for a night to visit the Ironbridge. Room is decent for 3 pax. The swimming pool and sauna area closes at 8.15pm. We enjoyed drinks at the bar area while watching the World Cup. Breakfast was ok with a selection of hot and cold dishes. There are three levels in the hotel. We got one on top floor, which is level 2. Our room is facing the woods area which is quieter. The other rooms facing the arena area with some festival going on could be slightly noisier. We could hear it from our room at night. Overall a pleasant one night stay.

  Just been on a 2 day course here in the rathbone suite with Rospa traing everywhere is clean and tidy the suite had everything you needed tea and coffee machine packs biscuits bottles of water on the tables we had lunch provided chicken curry and rice or mushroom curry then treacle pudding and custard today we had lasagne garlic bread and salad with like a chocolate mouse for pudding both meal's were a good standard and very well presented staff were very helpful and pleasant the whole 2 day's were a great experience and look forward to visiting again thankyou

  Stayed here for 2 nights on a work related course and I must say I'm very impressed with the hotel, the very friendly and attentive staff and the food, which in my case was soup of the day and Crispy Battered Fish & Chips ( It was better than fish and chips I paid £30 for back up North) overall highly recommended 10/10

  Stayed recently for a work event at the convention centre next door. I emailed prior to ask for a quiet room, so non connecting and in a quiet location which was honoured. Rooms are modern and clean, nicely thought out when it comes to us ladies getting ready with a desk and mirror at the right hight. All the staff were polite and professional , I would recommend this hotel.
