  I’ve been staying here every week for work so have experienced the place in all its glory! A fantastic hotel run by fantastic staff. Reception staff, pool staff, restaurant staff, housekeeping - everyone is so lovely and run the place immaculately 👌

  We stay in a lot of IHG hotels and have done for many years as I used to work them (central reservations) 20 years ago. We stay at Telford sometimes for a relaxing spa weekend. We noticed when booking this time that the hotel was now Voco not Holiday Inn. We were advised when trying to book a few swimming slots that we're only able to book one hour slot, once daily. Although we used to book slots, we were never asked to leave after 1 hour and could also return later on if booked. Also the staff in Revive seem to watch you like a hawk, which is a bit uncomfortable, this time we came and last time we visited earlier on in the year, something was said to our teenage children, which didn't seem necessary and seemed a bit arsey. Apart from the rules of Revive and the staff in there seeming a bit arsey, the rest of the stay was nice. Hotel staff very friendly, rooms much better decorated now, beds very comfortable and restaurant served a delicious and varied breakfast with a nice atmosphere in there. Great location for visiting Telford.
