  Compared with the 4-star hotel we checked out of early, this hotel was much better. The room was bigger, very clean, and the bathroom was spacious and spotless. Breakfast was excellent, with a very good variety of choices. We stayed for only one night, but we felt much more comfortable here than at the previous 4-star hotel we stayed at in Leeds.

  Me and my partner stayed here for over a month while house hunting, the staff were so attentive and welcoming, they were very empathetic under our circumstances and made sure we had the easiest stay possible during such a stressful time for us. We can’t thank them enough!

  Very spacious and clean room, with a really friendly welcome from the reception lady, a happy and comfy stay.

  We have been helped out so much from a lovely member called Gemma. We booked another as we had been invited to more family events and they allowed to keep the same room, fixed an error where the booked said only 1 child and put another bed in the room. This is the hotel I will definitely be revisting

  So me and my partner arrived at premier inn hattersley/hyde, met by becky, with a lovely smile and so polite and welcoming. Had a lovely chat, certainly one of the nicest receptionist at premier inn we've come across. Then friday night, we came in and thats where we met chris and molly, an we had such a laugh, chris at 1st, then molly joined in, but I mean what a pleasure it were, they even did the most lovely of colouring in, I mean such wonderful staff to have on reception, I think hyde is now our favourite place to come and stay, just because of your lovely staff. Also I want to point out the room were lovely and clean too. We shall be looking to staying with you again soon. Please give the 3 members of staff good praise they are an asset, they deserve it.
