- BHByron Harris4 days ago5.0I came here. We had an easy checkin. Hassle free. Simple but tastefully decorated rooms. Clean. Breakfast very affordable and extremely helpful staff and allergen aware. Taking time to cook separately for us. Friendly, competent and we were served by Alison. Great interpersonal skills and child friendly. Highly recommend for families and business users. Only thing is£18 on site car parking, but to helpfully redirected us to cheaper nearby parking.

- MDMirjam van DijkOct 3, 20265.0Great value for money. For a Premier Inn, this one is great. Fairly new. Small bed, but that seems to be the standard in the Swindon area. Cleaning is good but could be better; the main surfaces are clean, but they're skimping on the corners. Staff is great; very friendly welcome at the reception. Self-checkin is possible. Great restaurants right across or around the corner. I can recommend Hakka2 for high quality Chinese, Fireaway for great take-out pizza, The Savoy (Wetherspoon) for a good English breakfast.

Also, they have very less parking space and then they will suggest a different location for the personal vehicles. That's the flaw..
- PFPhillip FrancisSep 13, 20264.0Stayed at this premier inn for 2 nights hotel is very nice and clean we had a great nights sleep. staff are extremely friendly my wife has mobility issues at the moment and there was no where to park one of the staff on reception moved his car to a nearby car park so we could park and we cannot thank you enough for this kind act really sorry but forgot the name of the Staff Member. The location is ok but there were people hanging around the hotel in the car park openly taking drugs and consuming Alcohol so this can be some what off putting. Coffee at the bar downstairs is expensive £3.30 for what was half a cup. Parking is £18 per night and if you are not parked in a designated bay we were warned that a £100 fine would be issued
