  Most of the time the bar is unmanned and it's impossible to get a drink. The pool is closed regularly due to temperature / bacteria. The outside seating furniture looks like it's been picked up from the tip. Never stayed over,.not sure I would want to. Some very miserable staff, but also some very nice ones.

  Me and my kids had lovely time while staying at Hoilday Inn Swindon, from check in to check out the staff was extremely kind and professional a special thanks to Sally for expectational customer service. We had dinner in the restaurant, a great dining experience and food was very good. We definitely will come here again and would recommend the stay. Thank you

  What Id say is not to judge the book by its cover. The moment i have arrived i was blown away by lovely Natashia and had a great evening in the bar munching my pizza with Aisha looking after me. My only wish would be cranking up the volume during football games please!!! Cheer$$

  Location is good if you are driving! Gym/swimming pool/sauna (those are good facilities to have) I enjoyed the pool and sauna 🧖 Room-standard one for me, it’s small but not bad. The bathroom’s cleaning can be better, corners were mouldy👀 Basic mould remover will help a lot. Parking convenient, spacious And friendly staff members Thank you

  Rudeness of staff at the bar and reception/mangers rudeness . Lack of professionalism. As a customer who has used hotel for long time but new staff made to feel distress by the attitude of staff at the bar and and restaurant spoken to very rudely. Delay in service saying they are serving other customers and saying they are busy continuously .Showing disrespect towards customer’s time and overall service delay by 45 mins or more for food to come. and waiting for bill. Always saying they are busy . and spoken unapologetically and loud and rude . Very rude staff. Untrained for customer service. Poor attitude. Never write reviews but this was utterly rude and unprofessional. Never experience such in any other holiday inn.
