  A very well-run hotel with well-serviced rooms and public areas. Parking is offside but only a short stroll away with Apcoa which can be registered at reception and includes a small discount. The immediate surroundings are rather run down but the main town shopping area (such as it is), is only a few hundred yards away. Excellent breakfast is included in the room rate. Ideally situated for access to Swindon Station.

  Richard, Luke and Sian were absolutely fantastic helping me during my stay, nothing was too much trouble and they went above and beyond making sure I was able to check in despite IT issues and also made sure I had a great stay. Customer Service at its finest. Thankyou

  It seems to have been recently renovated; everything is fresh, new, and clean. The standard room is quite spacious, and the bed features a comfortable mattress and a good, cozy duvet. Dove toiletries are provided in the shower, and the window opens, allowing for fresh air. The breakfast area, however, was a letdown. It is a small space that gets very crowded. While there are enough tables, there are queues for the food, and the layout is cramped. To make matters worse, the hot food station is positioned with narrow aisles on either side, leading to constant congestion as staff and guests try to navigate past one another. This really spoiled my impression of the hotel and caused me to lower my rating.
