- JWJonathan Woods2 days ago5.0It's a Premier inn you know what you're going to get. Rooms are spread over two buildings, on two floors. The Brewers Fayre is in a third building. There's plenty of if free parking. Costa, Gregs and Asda are nearby.

- PWPaul WoodroffeJun 5, 20263.0The hotel was much the same as any other, but the room was bonkers. From memory it said it didn't have AC, which is fine as it was only 15 outside. The room was 28 degrees. Moreover, the windows were sealed like it had AC. The controls on the wall, also looked like AC, turned it on, felt cool so left it running for a few minutes, until I discovered it was throwing out hot air.... It made for a challenging sleep!

Despite a late check-in, she made sure everything was smooth and that my mum felt welcomed and comfortable. She was extremely helpful, accommodating, and very professional throughout. Her kindness and efficiency really stood out. Highly recommend!! excellent service and a real credit to the team.
- RDRob DaviesMay 9, 20261.0The Premier Inn itself was clean and comfortable, with no issues regarding the hotel. Unfortunately, the experience in the adjoining pub was disappointing. Although the advertised closing time was 11pm, last orders were called at 10pm. In addition, the barman who looks like Peter Griffin made us feel unwelcome and was overheard making rude comments to other staff members. This negatively affected what would otherwise have been a pleasant stay.
