  Very good hotel for a reasonable price. Rooms are spacious and clean, and up to classic Premier Inn standards. Whilst directly next to a major road, it feels very quiet and peaceful, perfect for when you return from a busy day in London. There’s a lot of greenery in the surrounding area as well. Would definitely book again.

  This hotel is located in a great place for business located just South of Epsom with easy access to M25. The dining area needs a refresh but food was good.

  Extremely disappointed visit, arrived at 12.00 for lunch first had to pay £14 to park 2 cars for 2 hours, then to be told they do not serve food until 5pm “nice” no signage anywhere explaining this!, member of staff was happy to take our drink order no mention either of no food till 5pm, only found out when I asked for the menu. No offer to reimburse me for the £14 I had just wasted on parking he just shrugged it off. Very unprofessional. Even if we had eaten £14 for 2 cars for 2 hours is an horrendous price given it’s not near any train stations, shopping centres etc. come on Premier Inn Sort it out!

  Came as visiting family, Laura E was amazing she was so welcoming upon check in and served us with our meal so swiftly and could not thank her enough. We have come here so many times and wouldn’t go anywhere else thank you so much to all the staff but a very special thank you to Laura E

  The rooms are nice, clean and best of all the staff are lovely, Especially Laura who looked after us throughout our stay, Always smiling, willing to help and making sure everyone had a great customer experience
