  Excellent friendly and attentive service from the team particularly Mila! Food very nice from chef Hany . All very clean and comfortable , lovely premier inn

  Mila and her colleague were lovely. Really attentive on checkin and clearly explained the meal deal for my booking, as it was booked by my employer. The food was really nice as well, and the service was great. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

  Stayed here with my family the room there was mold in the shower and a hair round the toilet other then that room was clean. Went down stairs and the receptionist was also a waiter and the cook. They have a open kitchen so watching him with no apron or no hair net prepare our food were he was grabbing chips out the bag in the freezer although any gloves all seemed quiet un hygiene breakfast was better 2 waiter and a chef

  I work in hospitality myself and once a month treat myself to a break away for some rest and relaxation. Got a knock on the door while in the bath telling me to turn my phone down! No music or loud noise! Then told to lower my tone when I questioned why she was knocking. It ruined my relaxed mood of a night off after a 10 day busy schedule, I will not be returning!
