You shouldn't stay here if you value quiet.
Room next door had TV on and you could easily hear it through wall. Next night, person upstairs was constantly banging above my head, walking around, creaking ceiling... It was like staying in a paper box with no sound insulation.
The one or two staff we met were very nice but the build quality ruined it at this particular Premier Inn. A feature that pretty much negates the whole point of a hotel, it should be built as well as it can so guests don't experience this exact thing. Plus being in horrid London where it's now more busy than Mumbai, there's never really any peace is there🤷. Won't visit again unfortunately.

Our Stay was very comfortable, all the staff were lovely and always very helpful of if I needed extra towels or cups or anything , I just popped to reception to ask , Marcia was fantastic was very attentive to myself and my Aunty and mum , and always made sure that we were all ok especially over breakfast , it was a very busy restaurant but she made sure that we had a comfortable table for us . Shallini was also very nice and attentive to our needs , The chef Pranesh was also very nice .
The only negative that we have is that there was a strong smell of weed in the lift and on our floor. But our room was really clean and comfortable
Unbelievably and uncomfortably warm. Windows barely opened, and the bathroom extraction fan didnt work so just spent the night in a very hot and humid room. Had to strip the bed down because the duvet is ridiculously thick for the temperature in the hotel. You couldn't move the fan as it was secured to the wall so I couldnt position it closer to me. Just a genuinely uncomfortable night. The hallways very very bleak and my hallway smelled strongly of weed. It had a dark vibe to the place. Pretty good location though. Thats about it. Oh and the service desk was not manned by people who could speak English very well. Take from that what you want.

Good location, large comfortable beds large TV, decent shower. Free parking. Good breakfast. Staff were excellent, friendly, helpful and humourous. Exceeded our expectations. Will stay again next time we are in the area. Only downside some elements in the room were a little tired, the bedhead padding was torn. Otherwise a good value stay.

I stay at a lot of Premier Inns and I'm a big fan of the Company and you always know what you are going to get.
The London Croydon Premier Inn is well located but the property is extremely tired, well used and desperately needs to be renovated both inside and out.
The service and food was very good but everything felt a little grubby.
