  Absolutely amazing stay at the Thorpe Park Shark cabins. Location is brilliant, rooms are small but fun and quirky, the air con was an absolute god send in the heatwave we had whilst we were there, we stayed in a Stealth themed room, and will 100% stay there again! Worth it for the Fast track benefits you get on the second day alone! breakfast also included which will set you up for a day on the rides, one last mention goes to the staff, they were all brilliant, reception, bar staff and all the ride staff, all happy, friendly and working hard in the unbelievable heat! Cant wait to go back!

  Pleasant check in at 3pm. When we entered our Shark cabin, we realised that we hadn't done enough research. It really is a converted container, no window other than a porthole in the door, covered by a piece of cardboard (part of the theming), otherwise every person walking past your door would see the beds. The cabins we get on cross channel ferries are honestly more comfortable. We stayed about 15 minutes in it, really claustrophobic, the air con didn't appear to work, although it was set to 18, it was boiling hot. In the short time we were in there, 3 groups of youths ran past the room, the whole place shook, and it was incredibly noisy. Once the park closed, or at least we thought it was closing so left (turned out the app said it was 6pm, when actually it was 10pm, Sat 16th May 2026), we left the park to go into town for a meal. During the meal, the whole family decided we couldn't face a night in the container, so drove the 4 hours home, reaching home at midnight... but at least we were certain of getting a good nights sleep. Sadly, before we could leave, we had to return the keycards to the hotel, we rang the number on the key card holder hoping they would say not to bother, but no, we had to return them. Truly, the worst hotel experience we have ever had. I cant fathom the positive reviews on here. No breakfast and fast passes is worth a night in a windowless room, with no possibility of air, and no sleep due to people running screaming and shouting passed your door.

  Our first time staying in the cabins! Honestly, we loved it! Check in staff are absolutely lovely, so helpful and kind. The cabins are small, yes - but very clean and the mattresses are soooo comfy! Everything you need is there for a short overnight stay and we found it to be a super fun sleepover!! Mood lighting is fab!! Breakfast in the morning in Vibes was perfect, plenty of choice. The whole things fits the theme of the park and we throughly enjoyed our stay and will be returning 😊

  A simple room… a ship container converted to a bathroom and bedroom with small kitchen worktop. Bunk beds and a double bed. Although we traveled as a couple, there was no option to stay in a room without bunk beds so I guess these are in all the rooms whether you need them or not. Everything worked fine, a very powerful shower with adjustable head, but this turn cold intermittently. The double bed was very comfortable with a small tv on the wall with just a few channels. The accommodation is located close to the park entrance so this was good for breakfast on the morning… this was brilliant too!! Overall, we would come back and stay again.

  Zeer kleine, maar leuk ingerichte kamertjes (cabins). Wij zaten er met zijn 2-en in en dat was prima. Er zouden echter 4 mensen kunnen slapen, maar dat zie ik niet passen. De locatie is top, binnen de hekken van het park, maar buiten de drukte. De mensen bij de receptie zijn vriendelijk en bagage kun je daar overdag achterlaten. In de avond kun je bij de parkingang terecht voor het restaurant, bar en speelhal. Zeker voor herhaling vatbaar, alhoewel overnachten in Staines zelf ook prima te doen is met auto of bus (kan wel druk zijn).
