- JNjenna Nixon3 days ago3.0Stayed here before and really nice stay and friendly staff Didn't use the gym facilities but came and use them For the price not worth it I don't understand how can have a membership double then an actual gym I get it's added extra for people who stay but laughable to have members the gym is no bigger then a large living room and hardly any equipment 5 people in and it's packed It's very outdated and changing rooms not clean not modern and lots of screws bent in places and things coming off wall looks like messy jobs done the door handles don't lock changing room and toilet one is coming off the pool is decent but few people in and it's packed sitting in Jacuzzi and it's quite grimey dirty tiles and walls looks like could do with a complete revamp but I get these places don't invest money just wanna make money probs why changed names couple times I wouldn't return as much nicer places to chill but it is handy for staying over included in price I think it could be really nice if some effort and money was invested in it

- DHDebra HunterJul 30, 20265.02 night stay for a wedding. Ive not got 1 bad thing to say about this hotel. Lovely receptionists, fast check-in and very helpful. The bar area was very relaxed. The staff were very helpful in everything. The initial road to it was closed, we went a bit out of our way to find it, but that is out of the hotels control. The wedding reception surpassed our expectations. The whole stay from start to finish was fabulous 👌
- NSNichola SpeddingJul 2, 20265.0I have been to many hotels, but the thing that makes this place amazing is not just neil the night porter, but the cleaners, they make you feel as if you live here...I want to say thank you and this hotel is a big blessing because of Julie, Angie and brooke, I would recommend everyone to come here because of how clean the rooms are and how the staff kind of feel like family ...thank you so much ❤️
