- RRrahat razzaq4 days ago5.0We visited Alton Towers and stayed at this Premier Inn, and we were very happy with our experience. It is a great hotel for anyone visiting Alton Towers. The staff were very nice, polite, and welcoming. The breakfast was amazing, with plenty of choice and everything we needed to start the day. A special mention to the lady at the front desk, who was extremely helpful, friendly, and welcoming to all the customers. Her warm and professional attitude really made us feel comfortable during our stay. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Alton Towers, or to anyone travelling for business or work who needs a comfortable place to stay. Thank you to all the staff for making our stay so enjoyable. We will definitely stay here again!
- OOOliviaSep 21, 20263.0Looks quite run down. But room for the most part was clean. Food in restaurant wasn’t great and service was slow in the evening! Staff were really helpful and friendly though. There is a Burger King , Starbucks and Greg’s walking distance so would recommend staying the night if visiting Alton towers
- DBDaniel BourneSep 20, 20265.0So me and my girlfriend came here from London because we are going to Alton towers for 2 days. I screwed up on the booking and the 2 ladies at reception named Lou and Katie saved me from my girlfriend and helped sort the problem out so quickly. Lovely ladies, good laugh and thank you.
- CCChris CamplingSep 1, 20261.0Booked dinner and breakfast via email which wasn’t even acknowledged so had to ask again, went to room had no running water and found out the room was known but was given to me anyway which tbh I was moved to another room quickly and went to the restaurant capable the Social asked for streak medium/well it was well done tough as nails and a drink that I had to ask for after given the food that took over 30 minutes and it wasn’t even busy and also the food was sub par definitely don’t eat at the restaurant
- CCChezAug 26, 20265.0Alton towers trip. Hotel a very easy traffic free drive to Alton towers ( 20 mins) rooms were clean and comfy and a warm welcome at reception. The breakfast was really lovely and fresh and the chef on 24th & 25th Aug was very friendly and always gave us a cheerful good morning. The hotel is lovely and quiet and we never heard the near by main road. I like having the option to decide which days our room was refreshed. Check in and out was easy and every staff member was so friendly and helpful. I had to speak to a member of staff before our visit and she was very cheerful and helpful. She made sure we booked breakfast and helped to ensure we got a ground floor room as I have mobility issues.
