  Super clean room, huge comfortable bed, bathroom to rival your own at home!! Breakfast is buffet style but plentiful and warm. My only gripe is one or two reception staff members let the side down. A young man Showed little interest in checking in, and bar then and one was aware guests were waiting on an item at breakfast but never thought to mention it. And was quite sharp with her response. However cleaning staff were all lovely as were night bar staff, very friendly. But all in all we would return on the basis that the location, the rooms, cleanliness and breakfast were bob on

  Great location near the M6. Staff helpful . Rooms okay and with tea making facilities which is very welcome. Being completely full, the hotel seemed to be running out of towels and the like.

  The inn is very clean, in a great location; however check-in was slow. The colleague when they appeared at counter; seemed lethargic. The breakfast was okayish; but rather cold. Eggs were overcooked; bacon undercooked. Beds are very comfy! Bring your own water for the kettle & your own biscuits. Tea tray very limited.

  A very good stay, with only one minor issue. The service in the restaurant was slow and I think I was forgotten about on one evening.

  Excellent Premier Inn, new, well maintained, excellent location and very convenient for Trentham Gardens themselves including an "open to all" Tesla Supercharger location and the motorway
