  The staff just dont care and it shows. We arrived after a 2 hour journey with our child. No one at reception just a girl with dark hair and a bun making drinks at the bar. We could see she was busy but assumed she was bar staff...we rung the bell...nothing. no acknowledgment even from the girl who had seen We had walked in. About 5mins later she wanders over and checks us in...I thought great impression she could have greeted us or even shouted over that she was serving people...but no she just ignored us. Breakfast just as poor...burnt sausages....watery egg...I asked the chef for bread and his face made it clear I was an inconvenience. Overall worst premier inn we have stayed in. Would not recommend.

  Good budget hotel. The staff here work very hard. They all seem to multi task.

  Great location for what we required. Clean, quiet room however service as a whole could be improved. One member of Staff was particularly helpful, pleasant and smart -Adrian, whose manner and enthusiasm smoothed over the apparent lack of staff needed to look after the bar and reception. Thanks Adrian.

  Rooms were very tidy on arrival and food was exceptional and very kind staff. Highly recommend staying here!
