- MOMartin OliverOct 6, 20264.0Had a great night in a premier plus room, it was a quiet peaceful night. Ate in the restaurant, service and food were good. The only problem was that the receptionist didn't tell us to register our car, so 2 weeks later we got a fine for £57 for parking!
- GHGeorge HartOct 3, 20262.0This hotel is in a fantastic, convenient location, and the staff on the front desk were super friendly and helpful, so I can’t fault them. However, the room was awful, a long way below Premier Inn’s usual standards. It was quite dirty- crumbs on the bedside table, hair and dust everywhere, and was also very poorly maintained- notably only one of the three lights in the bathroom worked. There was also an unpleasant smell and streaks on the walls. Overall disappointing as Premier Inns are normally fantastic and very reliable.
- LHLesley HubbardSep 30, 20265.0Very comfortable room and helpful staff.
- RGRichard GunnSep 29, 20265.0Friendly and clean. The rooms are comfortable and the restaurant food for residents only was excellent. The only thing I could say to improve would be to order what you want for breakfast rather than it being under headlamps drying it out.
