- CTCarol Toller3 days ago4.0About 10 to 15 minutes from centre of town by car. Stayed during heatwave, fan provided as no air conditioning. Typical Premier Inn, good breakfast, staff friendly and rooms as advertised.
- BSBarry Sturman-MoleAug 13, 20265.0Superb. I don't stay overnight, I just come here after work to get a full breakfast fry up at 7 pm!! Bacon, sausage, egg, beans, hash browns, white toast. But the best bit is the service - Emma and / or Kate are cheerful, obliging, courteous, professional and will always , always go the extra mile. They are fine examples of how service should be - Premier Inn is very fortunate to have them.

- AMAnne MatyusJul 26, 20261.0On our arrival on 22 July, for a three night stay, we asked for the room to be serviced each day. Unpacked. Went into bathroom one bathtowel for two of us and no other towels in sight. Shower screen dirty had not been fully cleaned and T.V. remote not working. Not a good start. Reception were made aware. We were given towels and a remote from another room. Day two - hung indicator on door requesting room refresh. Came back from my mother's funeral and no room refresh done. Told reception and they brought towels up and again we said that this is going from bad to worse. All we got was 'sorry' well that is not good enough. Day three - Room refreshed! Check out - nice lady on reception asked if everything had been alright - went through our story again and the platitude 'sorry' again. Suggested that they communicate with each other Taught how to clean If they have new staff to be trained properly and have their work check
