- HRHeather Roche6 days ago3.0I started here for five days, and found the staff very friendly (particularly kitchen staff!) and the room kitted out in a way that's typical of premier inn - their usual comfy beds etc. However I wouldn't recommend staying here in the summer now as there's no AC and the rooms get very stuffy, you can't open windows etc. In the middle of the heatwave my room was almost 32 degrees at night.

- DJDave JaquesAug 3, 20265.0We stayed the night before going out on our canal boat hire. Our room was small, but very clean and tidy. The window was miles too small to provide enough circulation in this summer heat but they'd done their best to have a small cooling fan already running (central heating but no aircon). Will cooked the breakfast and it was so good I spoke out (hence this review). Full range of fresh black pudding, crisp hash browns, whole mushrooms, bacon/sausage etc. The fresh fruit salad, berry compote and yoghurt was a real complement to the pastries. Good value for money.
- HEHeledd EavisAug 2, 20264.0Comfy, clean, and quiet room, great breakfast! We arrived and there was nobody on the front desk for 10 mins and they didn't apologise when they eventually returned, so that wasn't ideal but the room and the location (just off the motorway) were great for us.
