  Lovely stay. Hotel staff very kind and have sent my charger which I left in the room by mistake! Would return again if visiting the area.

  Had an absolute awful experience with reception 😕 swigging on McDonald's checking in after a room extension was miscommunicated on their end, stayed here many times over the years with no problems atall. Disgusting attitude from whoever the lady on reception is at this time. 1 of my colleagues was frustrated but okay until spoke to like a child.... Never stay here again which is a shame because I've never had problems before...
