Very friendly and helpful staff, easy parking. Breakfast was great, good choice of continental and full English with good quality products. Will definitely stay again when visiting.

The heat in our room was unbearable, we asked politely if we could move to a different room, but were told abruptly "No". Staff seemed aware the air con wasn't working, but failed to mention this at check in. Breakfast Saturday morning was awful! Bacon was rock hard, sausages were cold and grey. And parking!!! Wow!! We went over the 24 hours by 15 minutes, staff were unable to help, apparently we should have been told at check in that you can only purchase 24 hours tickets, even though the signage clearly has daily/ hourly rates. So were forced to pay for 48 hours! Still awaiting a response from Premier Inn customer services. Left feeling ripped off! Zero customer service!
