  Disgusting. We booked a family room for one night and we’re almost sick… the room stunk like something had died in there and not been cleaned up. We asked to be moved and luckily there was a room spare. This room also smelt but this one was strong cleaning chemicals. I’m so glad we only had to stay for a single night but I would definitely never go back!

  This Premiere Inn is awful. It needs a full refurb but at the very least a lick of paint and a carpet clean! The whole place is just dingy and doesn’t smell like it has had a good clean for a long time. Horrible old Kimberly Clark toilet roll single sheet dispenser in the bathroom aswell, felt like I was in a public toilet, yuk! The rooms are not sound proof and you can hear everybody in the hallway and in the adjoining rooms. Terrible nights sleep! And the smoke alarm on the ceiling has a flashing green light which flashed all night, oh could it get much worse?! There was a silly little bit of dirty looking net curtain up at the dirty window which really wasn’t worth being there as it didn’t even stretch the width of the window! Considering I paid £160 for 1 night!!! Yes 1 night!!!! In a premier inn!!! I would expect it to be up to standard but it most definitely was not and you couldn’t PAY ME to stay there ever again. I couldn’t wait to pack up and get out of there! And talking about prices- £160 for the weds and £86 for the Thursday. Absolute rip off. The road leading in and the car park is full of potholes and the side car park was full of broken windscreen glass where there had obviously been a car broken into. There was no way I was parking my car round there! The place was just run down, dingy, miserable and really overpriced! The girls on reception were okay but that would not be enough to convince me to return! Oh and the room was also not much bigger than a matchbox so if there’s more than one person you will be very cramped! Oh and the breakfast…. The advertised buffet eat as much as you like thing- well it’s not. It’s table service and then put on a plate behind the server hatch and brought out to you - so no chance of a second visit- not that you would probably want more snotty eggs and cheap sausages but for £12 you might want to try and get your moneys worth! The restaurant was just as miserable looking as the hotel as well! You’d be better off grabbing a sausage and egg McMuffin at the McDonald’s over the road! Never again!! And in actual fact it’s put me off ever staying at any other Premier Inn in the future. Premier Inn group you should be embarrassed at how bad this place is! AVOID!!!!

  Lovely hotel . Beverley was very helpful. Would highly recommend staying there.

  We have booked to stay for 3 nights and our room is a constant 27.5°C and extremely stuffy and difficult for sleeping in! Not very impressed 🫤 The fan provided doesn't really help much either! ☹️ Finally checked out this morning to 3 nights of interrupted sleep! This morning I woke up at 3:03am and couldn't get back to sleep. The temperature was still showing at 27.5°C in our room (26) even though the outside temperature was 15°C The supplied fan also was covered in dust and grime! Not a particularly good experience and certainly not as advertised! See pictures
