- SLSharon LJun 6, 20265.0You know what you are getting with Premier. But the difference with this one is the paying for parking. This is done via a machine in the lobby where you put your registration in and pay £7.50 for 24 hours. We arrived on 5 motorbikes and although we managed to only use 2 spaces, each bike was charged due to the CCTV camera monitoring registrations. You must book for a take for evening food when it's busy. Food was great. Star knocked off for service. Staff were lovely and I've was training and was very good but one staff member behind the bar doing other jobs aswell meant bar service was incredibly delayed. Highlight was watching a fox mooching around the front of the building whilst we sat eating our meal!

Reception staff Nina and Brewers Fayre staff Rebecca always greets me genuinely and provides checking in service/serves food in a professional and efficient manner, they are probably the best hospitality staff you will ever meet and deserves some form of recognition! Location is superb, not far from the M5 motorway, supermarkets, shopping complex and the brand names outlet nearby are within minutes drive. I thoroughly enjoy my stays here.
