  Vibrant (colorful) rooms and a hotel all fitted and decorated bespokefully with babies and children in mind.

  The only reason we stay at this hotel is because of the children's entertainment, but this weekend no signal for Cbeebies channels, no TV working, dish water left in bowls, coffee pots broken, orange juice dispensers broken...for the £850 they charge for two nights you could have a week away all inclusive for that. Really poor. I always have an issue when I stay here so this is going to be the last time.

  Rooms and hotel brilliant , staff are very miserable for it been a kids hotel , bar and snacks very expensive, kids loved it

  Ok so first experience i would say last experience, kids like few places but its over priced for everything specially food and tickets, oh man a pint of coke for £5.25 and water bottle for £3.50. even in aeroplane you can get items cheaper than this....toys all very overpriced as well. Plus what i have noticed, most of their workers are under the age of 18 i believe, reason so they can pay them less, thats my observation maybe i am wrong. Overall its just worth the experience and i am sure second trip not worth it.

  We returned hoping for an improvement in service, but unfortunately, nothing has improved since our last visit. ​The main issues: ​Overpriced Food: The food prices are exceptionally high for what you get, to the point where many guests—including us—resorted to bringing in our own meals, drinks, snacks, and ordering Domino's in the evening. The volume of people doing this speaks for itself. ​Disappointing Breakfast: Food quality has dropped, and there were constant empty gaps at the buffet stations. ​Inattentive Staff: When I asked if an empty item was being refilled, I was told "Give me 5 mins" by a staff member who then immediately went back to chatting with a colleague while slowly wiping a table. Waiting isn't a huge deal for an adult, but try explaining that to a hungry 3-year-old. ​It really feels like management doesn't care about service quality or fair pricing because they rely on a captive audience.
