  Amazing fun. Worth the money, my whole family loved it. Great range of thrills for adults and children. The temperature is always on point and lifeguards are constantly watching.

  Visited today at 10am and the first 30 mins were the perfect amount of people. After that its too busy to do anything. There doesnt seem to be be enough rubber rings for the amount of people. And the biggest problem is the staff should be telling people to put rings back when been on the slides. The lazy river is over crowded & people dont pass a rubber ring they just take them around the waterpark. It would be better if a member of staff monitored this & made it fair but tbh this is pur second time visiting, the 1st being 3 years ago. They have allowed too many people in & there isnt the amount of rubber rings for the slides. The ques were ridiculous & tbh there isnt much there. Parking is a nightmare, getting in is a big que with 2 staff and no organisation. I guess alton towers are making the money on the amount of heads they get in but £120 for 2 adults & 3 kids & £8 parking is too steep for what you get.

  For the price, I expected something better for a family of four. The changing rooms were dirty, and I recommend using flip-flops, which is unfortunately rare in English water resorts. The showers were freezing! The toilets were filthy and smelly! During my 2.5-hour stay, I never once saw anyone cleaning up toilet paper remnants or puddles of water from the floor. The lines for the water slides were incredibly long, and we couldn't use them. There are also few slides for juniors. My 7-year-old autistic daughter was asked to leave the toddler slide on her birthday at the park because she was too tall. However, I was there with her, and there was no one on the double slide, so I kept an eye on her. I should emphasize that this was not a slide for infants.The parking price for this stay was also for the entire day. I'm disappointed, but I wanted to check out this place for my daughter's birthday. Some parts of the park are also very rusty, dirty or simply broken.

  We had a really enjoyable day at Alton Towers Waterpark with the kids. There’s a good variety of water slides to keep everyone entertained, and the lazy river was a particular favourite for a more relaxing break between the slides. The kids absolutely loved it and had a brilliant time. That said, be prepared for queues! There were quite long waits for many of the slides, and it felt like there were queues everywhere, so it’s worth going with realistic expectations. Some of the waiting around can be frustrating, especially with excited children, but once you’re on the slides, it’s definitely worth it. Overall, despite the long queues, we thoroughly enjoyed our visit and would happily go back. It’s a great option for a fun family day out, especially if your children love water slides and swimming.

  Great experience, prices stayed the same as last years when we came, although now you need to pay parking £8. Lots of fun, the water was clean and warm. On the downside the hot tub was closed the day we went but we enjoyed all the other facilities. The queue at the slides was small and we had a great time.
