Would give zero if I could. Used the restaurant. Awful menu and they charged me twice. I asked them instantly to refund it and was told it’s pending and your bank will refund this. Shock the bank has cleared the payment and I paid twice for my dinner. (My spending money single mum) instead of helping me and refunding me there and then she sent me away to save the hassle I imagine. Now in a lot of money down. Sad as the park and enchanted forest we stayed was wonderful.

Visited on 9 May 2025 with my two kids. Arrived at 10:30am, left at 5pm, and in that time we successfully completed three rides and approximately 14 marathons’ worth of queuing.Started strong with Galactica (50 minute queue) and Nemesis Sub Terra (25 minutes). Both good rides. Spirits were high. Hopes were alive. Then came Nemesis Reborn. Queued 35 minutes… only for it to close because of “an issue with another guest.” Apparently one person misbehaving means everyone else must suffer. Group punishment but make it theme park.Stopped at the toilets next always a bold choice. Graffiti everywhere, vandalism, and a toilet seat that clearly didn’t want to be part of the rest of the toilet. Honestly one of the more memorable attractions of the day.Queued 35 minutes for Rita next. Ride closed. No explanation. Staff present, but questions unanswered. Frustration levels rising across the crowd like a badly managed wave machine. Thought we’d try The Smiler. Saw the 70 minute wait. Laughed nervously. Walked away. Thankfully Oblivion came to the rescue with a 15 minute wait and was genuinely brilliant the highlight of the day. Would’ve gone again, but the kids had met their annual adrenaline quota by this point. Tried one last ride near the exit Spin ball Whizzer. Queued 25 minutes. Ride cancelled again. Of course it was. Finished the day in the gift shop where the prices suggest the items were forged by elves under a full moon. Drinks were equally exciting £4 for a Monster energy drink, which almost knocked me out faster than Oblivion did.Add in £15 parking and nearly £200 total spend, and the value for money just wasn’t there. Thank goodness we brought a packed lunch, otherwise we’d still be paying it off on Klarna lots of walking, lots of queueing, lots of ride closures, not much fun. If standing in lines is your hobby, you’ll love it. Otherwise, there are better ways to spend your money and probably with fewer cancelled plans.oh and wait for the reccomended fast track soultion ( eye roll)

Went on Wednesday weather was spot on not too hot or too cold. The queue time for pretty much every ride was 5 mins or less. Got on every ride from 10-3 so was perfect! Hotel was great but was a little disappointed by the spa room we upgraded to... prosecco was good apparently but as I don't drink..was wasted on me. As a 3year anniversary I think the extra money on the room wasn't worth it. Would have loved the coca cola room but not for an extra £150 for one night. Hotel staff were all brilliant and very clean so the staff were faultless!

I really enjoyed staying here, rooms were really well themed, nice and simple and plenty of tea bags, suger and milk perfect for a cuppa tea after being in the park!! Check in staff were lovely and really enjoyed the breakfast!! Dragon bar prices were pretty good too as seen in the pics! All in all really great to stay on site and would stay again, thanks all !!

We have had a great stay. We stayed in the Explorer room themed to Sir Ableton. The fella who crash landed in the hotel. Even though the check in is more of a self check in we were still helped by a member of staff who also helped us book our reservation for the buffet breakfast. We quickly dropped our stuff off in the room as we still had time for the theme park that day. When we came back to the hotel, we sat down to watch some tv before our dinner reservation. I realised the tv was a smart tv but none of the features worked. I went to reception to ask as I also had to enquire about plant based milk for coffee in the room as I am allergic to cows milk. They did have soya milk cartons but the smart tv doesn’t actually work, it’s only cable that works and we were happy with that. I just found it strange that they have the feature in the tv but don’t make use of it for guests. The room has a bath, shower, body wash, shampoo, hair dryer, iron, ironing board, mirrors, kettle, coffee, tea, sugar, 3 drawers, 2 chairs, bedside tables, double bed and a single bed with a pull out bed under it. Great location as it is close to the back entrance to the park which is also exclusive to hotel guests.
