  Stayed here for one night on a motorbike weekend to the borders. Very good value. Extremely comfortable room, spotlessly clean with a very comfortable bed. Food at the Brewers Fayre next door was tasty and good value.

  Lovely staff. Room was fine. Heater was having a bad day and the little oil one we were given sorted that.

  One Premier Inn that doesnt let the company down. Reception Staffordshire friendly and welcoming a credit. Shame other Premier Inns can't go back to the personal touch 👍

  We drove up from Leicester to Falkirk. Unfortunately, the journey was very stressful due to a burst tyre along the way. To make matters worse, when we finally arrived at the hotel, our youngest child vomited over himself and his car seat just as we got to reception. However, from that moment on, the experience completely turned around thanks to receptionist Kirsty. She went above and beyond—she immediately took us straight to our room, provided extra towels, and gave us bags for the soiled clothes. She kindly offered to wash and dry them for us, which she did purely out of kindness. This genuinely touched us and made a huge difference after such a difficult journey. She also showed a real, genuine interest in our other two children, chatting with them, asking about our plans, and even complimenting them. That level of warmth and care made us feel truly welcome. The breakfast was lovely and very enjoyable. The beds were comfortable, which was much needed after our long journey. The rooms themselves are quite basic and could benefit from some modernisation—there’s no handheld shower, and the cleanliness could be improved slightly. That said, the location of the hotel is great, and overall, our experience was amazing. The exceptional customer service really stood out and turned what could have been a terrible day into a very positive stay.

  The wonderful lady at the front desk makes this a 5 star review! The rooms are nice, clean, good beds. Only negative is that the car park (not managed by them) is kind of dumpy. We read that the food at the restaurant next door wasn't great, so we didn't do the food package. There is a Subway next to it as well.
