- ACAmy Cullen5 days ago4.0The hotel is in the perfect location for getting to the cruise terminals. It was a 10 minute walk to the terminal for our ship. If your ship is in Berth 101, it's even shorter. Have your cruise boarding pass ready if you're taking the sidewalk that goes directly next to the cruise ships. There is a nice security guard who checks to see those. The hotel offers a phone to book taxis if you need a ride to the cruise terminal or anywhere else. The rooms were good. Nothing special, just a clean and comfortable place to sleep. The hotel has a nice lobby to sit and wait for your boarding time. There are shopping centers nearby if you need to pick up something. The website lists guest laundry. It's a send-out service with a 24 hour turnaround time.

She was friendly and welcoming and when we mentioned my aunt was 92 in a couple of weeks she wrote her a card and brought her some cake. The restaurant serves mainly fish dishes. It was very spacious, modern and comfortable and I would certainly come back.

The hotel's location is extremely close to the cruise terminal, making it the perfect place to stop by before embarking on my cruise. A special shout-out to Karl at the reception desk—he was amazing, welcoming, and super friendly! Thank you!

Only give a 4 not a 5 because I feel a better system is needed with the volume of people checking in and out at the same time and then loitering as to early to get on cruise but no where to go. Maybe staggered checkout times depending on reason for stay? Also the three tiny lifts struggle to cope during these times, meaning elderly guests have to wait some time to get on one. However due to location and quality of everything else would stay again.
