  This was our first stop on a east of Scotland road trip. Easily found on the outskirts of Stirling. About 1.5 miles from the railway station if walking. A lift is available and the communal places clean and tidy. We have mobility issues so a H&S check was prepared in case of evacuation, which was appreciated. Room was large and well laid out with a wet room. No evening meal taken here. Breakfast was a little chaotic, not the staffs fault as everyone came down at the same time, leading to space issues and a quick run out of Breakfast hot and cold food. The layout for the Breakfast area is really too small and definitely not the place for younger children, as they can't see the food from their height. The staff were amazing with the patience of saints. Well done to them all. I'd stay again.

  Leaving this review for the amazing kate who works in the breakfast area. Was lovely seeing such a friendly smiley face every morning. It was my first time in scotland and I told her she was the friendliest face id seen in scotland. Such a kind positive lady bless her. Made my stay. In contrast the housekeeping lady we encountered on the first floor was rude and abrupt. I think she was supervising the lady doing the actual housekeeping as we were trying to get that ladys attention for clean towels in our room when this other lady came out and started questioning us. No smile no hello just an accusatory tone as we were trying to ask the housekeeping lady for clean towels and this lady assumed we were just going to take them. But aside from this, we enjoyed our stay because of kate and also the rooms were spacious and well equipped. Although The breakfast wasnt to my taste as i prefer fried or poached eggs but there were only scrambled available. However there were other options so no big deal. Thankyou again kate for your service with a smile :))

  Service needs to go up to 10 stars. Shirley saved us after a bait and switch at different lodging we booked. Breakfast was great. Thank you so much for helping weary travelers.

  Good value, good location, clean, as good a breakfast as we had at way more expensive places in Glencoe. A good call to crash for cheap before hitting the airport home.

  À 30 minutes à pied du centre ville, emplacement pratique avec parking gratuit et facile (enregistrer la voiture au moment du check-in). Chambre bien équipée, propre et assez grande. Petit déjeuner varié.
