  My usual spot when I need to be near Lichfield. Prices are usually good, breakfast is decent and parking is plentiful and free even for commercial vehicles.

  Easy access to motorway, currently has roadworks by the carpark, but rooms were quiet

  Hotel facilities and staff good. However the inconsideration of other guests was terrible, one woman screaming at 2am down the corridor obviously drunk on the Friday night. Then on the Saturday night parents letting their children run up and down the corridor like it's a playground at 10pm. I complained to hotel staff who said they had a lot of complaints and did walk but obviously like everything these days they can't do a lot. Just inconsiderate people these days with no manners. I believe they woke a baby. There is no need for this kind of behaviour

  Didn’t had a good experience here unlike other holiday inn hotels. The receptionist was kinda rude and overall didn’t had a pleasant experience.
