- AKAbz KarimApr 3, 20265.0I like to leave genuine reviews where credit is due, and I must say I was very impressed with the level of service I received during my stay at Premier Inn Tamworth Central. Whilst on a work trip, I was booked into this hotel and was immediately impressed with its location. The parking was free, with a large car park and plenty of spaces available — even when returning late at night, which was very convenient. During my stay, I was warmly welcomed by Paige and Jenny at reception, who were both polite and professional. My booking included breakfast, but due to Ramadan I was fasting and mentioned that I wouldn’t be able to eat at the usual 7am time. Without hesitation, and without me even needing to ask, Paige and Jenny went above and beyond. When I returned to my room, they had thoughtfully arranged croissants, fruit, and other breakfast items for me so I could eat before sunrise, along with a kind note left on the table. I was genuinely taken aback by such a thoughtful and considerate gesture. I have stayed in some of the nicest hotels around the world, but this level of care and understanding was truly first class

The bath rooms have some niggles (but that’s down to the fit out ) but very clean , the room I stayed in was very clean and comfortable and was quiet. The food provided by Beefeater gave you a great choice of menu ( caters for everyone) and was cooked lovely, but for me the breakfast was top notch , I am that customer that wants poached eggs and I must say they were bang on ( thanks chef ) all the rest of the food was hot and constantly looked after. Would highly recommend this premier inn if you’re in the area👍🏻.
