Currently staying at the Premier Inn and had the meal deal at the pub next door- what a great deal! The food was lovely and cooked to order. Good portions and the staff (Rochelle and Krish) were very friendly and helpful.
Highly recommend

Choose this hotel based on its location and the availability of a restaurant, as we are from wales our family trip is to attend legoland and chessington. Staff here where absolutely fantastic honestly cannot do enough for you, but they are understaffed they are very busy running from one table to the next also krish the cook was fantastic with his hospitality, rooms where clean and comfy but look like they need a redecorate seems like someone has tried grouting the tiles in the bathroom with a spoon a bit weird but doesn’t effect our stay. Would come again with out hesitation.

Stayed for a family theme park trip to LEGOLAND and Chessington, staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Room was good, clean and exactly what was needed after a long day in the theme park. Restaurant had lovely food and service was fantastic. Krish was also very kind and made us feel very welcome bringing our children a little treat before we left

Paid for meal deal which was evening and breakfast, got up for breakfast cos we had to hit the road but ovens didn't get cleaned from the night before so we had to go with out and try to pick something up on the way.
We wasn't happy.
The evening meal wasn't the best.
Room was OK but not toilet paper, it was to late to go to reception with your trousers down.

We stayed here over one night 10th July 2026. Our room had no air conditioning and was 27.5 at 10 pm . Unable to sleep windows only open a crack so unable to get any cool night air, hotel in great need of refurbishment very tired all over. Car park like a dump, grounds not looked after, feels like a building site.
Restaurant for breakfast was upstairs. Avoid this hotel like the plague especially in hot weather.
Apparently a few air conditioned rooms on the ground floor but hottest rooms on first level. Useless fans provided in room with jugs of ice to put in front plus advised by reception to wet towels and sleep with them on us. Unbearable.
