  Ein solideS Hirel, welches direkt in der Stadt liegt und im Preis kaum zu schlagen ist. Das Personal wie zum Beispiel Anna und Krish haben uns besonders beeindruckt. Vielen Dank

  Absolutely amazing night, the staff are so lovely and friendly and the rooms are exactly what you want/need from a premier inn, clean, comfortable and good temperature control. Would like to say a huge thank you to the chef Krish, his customer service is absolutely top notch! Such a welcoming and friendly personality and always wend out of his way to make sure our dining experience was the best it could be and his attention to getting the food just right was incredible! Can recommend for a good night and another huge thank you to Krish this guy needs a promotion!!!!!!

  The staff made our stay. Its the best service that I have had at a Premier Inn. The staff are all really helpful and can not do enough for you. It felt like cruise ship service. The food was excellent. The rooms were as expected.

  Outstanding week-long stay – Exceptional staff and great food! I recently stayed at the Premier Inn Woking for a full week, and I had a genuinely wonderful experience. The location is incredibly convenient, yet the area is pleasantly quiet, and the hotel itself was clean throughout my stay. What truly made this visit special was the warm, kind, and welcoming staff. I was so impressed with the restaurant that I ended up eating both breakfast and dinner there every single day of my week-long stay—the food was absolutely delicious! Thanks Chef Krish! I want to give a very special mention to two team members in particular. *Gilson* is an absolute superstar and a credit to the hotel; he was everywhere! I saw him seamlessly multitasking at the reception desk, waiting tables, and even stepping into the kitchen to help prepare dishes. His hard work definitely did not go unnoticed. I also want to highlight *Krish*, the chef. He was incredibly friendly and went out of his way to step out of the kitchen, interact with the guests, and ask if everyone was enjoying their meals. It’s that kind of personal touch that makes a huge difference. I highly recommend this Premier Inn to anyone visiting the area and will definitely be returning!

  Customer service here wasn't very impressive. Couldn't find area for self check in like other premier inns. And those at the reception desk were hardly present. Stood a while wth my colleagues before we got someone to check us in. Parking is also an issue here. The hotel has very limited parking for guests. Just two spaces available for hotel guests for 10 pounds. The other space available is for accessible parking. There is paid parking available beside that of Premier Inn but only from 6pm with Dutton solicitors. On the plus side, the hotel is at the center of town. You can find everything around. There is a mall just adjacent the hotel for games, food, shopping etc and next to the mall is the high street with lots of restaurants, pubs, eateries etc. If you want to eat in, the hotel has its own restaurant.
