Lisa is always welcoming on reception and Millie is awesome waitress always happy to help and smiling! Max also very on the ball and extremely helpful!

- LCLexie Coomber-Holland6 days ago5.0My stay was very nice the staff here was really friendly and went above and beyond even when it’s busy the food was very nice for dinner and breakfast compliments to the chief. The rooms are very nice and the bed was very comfortable to sleep in there was no air-con but we already knew that from the description but there was these really good fans and staff offered jugs of ice water. there is also a hydration station by the entrance where you can help yourself for ice cold water. overall it was a really good stay i definitely would come back it does the job food, drinks and a comfortable bed. big thanks to the staff thank you to Harvey and Max for everything they did
- EEElliott EighteenAug 13, 20265.0It’s a premier inn, bang for your buck with a good restaurant. The chef lady whose name began with a K was really friendly and seemed to care a great deal about the food she was serving which was nice to see. All the staff were friendly and helpful, spot on guys!
- SGSimon GladwinAug 12, 20262.0Nothing wrong with the service here at all. Rooms were clean, if a little tired. Downstairs is definitely due a refurbishment throughout. No air-conditioning in this premises in the rooms area, but there is downstairs in the bar/restaurant. A fan is supplied in the rooms, but this is a Premier Inn past it's sell-by date.
