  I liked this hotel. Location is good, check-in process was good, staff were helpful. Free parking. The onsite restaurant is handy (except the decor / furnishings - it looks like a conference room). It's not fine dining, but the prices were surprisingly reasonable and the food hot and tasty. Food hall next door has a good variety of options if you want to eat elsewhere. Bed was comfortable, air conditioning worked. Quiet, given the location. Nespresso machine was a nice bonus. Price was good too. With that said, cleaning really could do with some work. There was an off smell in my room which I tracked down to a mouldy food container in a drawer that had obviously been there for some time, and there was a hair in the shower. The grout in the shower was mouldy too. Appreciate that staff don't have a lot of time to turn these rooms around, but even so, this isn't an acceptable level of cleaning. Despite this, I would stay again.

  Rooms were very clean and bed was very comfortable. Staff were so friendly and made our stay as best as they could. Would come again !

  Convenient location, slow service, waited a good 15/20 minutes at front desk for someone to come and check me in but to be fair they did apologise and were friendly enough. Could do with a buzzer or something to alert them that you're at the desk. Room was nice enough, clean and modern but quite a few broken fixtures like shower holder, quite noisy as well sounded like my room was next to a laundry room or something. Air condiitoned room was well worth it though. For the price though a perfectly adequate stay, it's good value for money.

  For the price you pay this hotel is great. Staff are friendly and helpful when you arrive. I paid for a Comfort Room which comes with a fridge, bottled water which is included in the price of the room along with a coffee machine and pods. You also get tea bags and the coffee sachets and a kettle. The room also has a hair dryer. Nice large desk to work at or to put things on, storage and shelving plus so many plug sockets This room had 9. Bathroom was fine and the shower was hot. The plus is that all rooms have aircon. I stayed over during the heatwave and the room was nice and cool. You can adjust the room temp. The room I had faced the car park but with coaches going backwards and forwards you cannot hear them at all. Most impressed!. They do have a gym but thats not for me. I had breakfast in the resturant which was fine. No issues at all and I believe they serve eveing meals. So I highly recomend this hotel.

  Nice Hotel more spacious than other short stay places, easy access off the M25, was also the cheapest at the time for a single night. Only had a small shower and no bath for children though
