- ASAjay Sharma2 days ago5.0I stayed here for over a week, I travel quite heavily with a large dog and two suitcases… Magda and Juliette on the front desk made the experience as smooth as can be. They took care of my storage needs, advised best walking routes, were always attentive at front desk and the bar, they couldn’t do more to make my stay happier. Highly recommend.

- SMSam MarshOct 2, 20264.0Needed to stay somewhere after a late landing at Gatwick as I couldnt face the long drive home at 1am and this hotel is just half hour easy drive from the airport. Despite the time of the morning we were welcomed with a smile from the gentleman with excellent service and smooth/quick check-in. Bed was very comfortable and both the room and bathroom were clean. Everything you needed was in the room. Yes, it may be a little tired but for the price we paid (almost half of what other hotels wanted within this area) it was a great price and still exceeded what I expected. Checkout was easy, again with a smile. Very helpful lady in regards to parking which again is easy and free. You just have to give them your registration. Well positioned and excellent facilities next door if you want anything. We had breakfast next door but it is also available at the hotel if you want it. Overall for the cost I was very impressed and would def book there again if needed.

The member of staff at check in was very friendly, unfortunately when we got to our room it went downhill. The room wasn't very clean, very tired, dusty, hair in the shower and ants in the room. It had a very musty smell to it. In the morning the shower was boiling and even my husband could not adjust the temperature gauge which was very stiff. Resulted in getting out covered in bubbles and having to wash over the sink. I did mention this on check out however as we was in a rush to get to the park we didn't have time to go to reception beforehand to try and sort it. Breakfast was fine, fruit yoghurt and fruit salad would be good additions. Lady on check out was very apologetic.
