- ODOwen DavisAug 23, 20262.0Boiling hot rooms that you cant do anything about. Asked for a fan, given a small desk fan. It was broken, nothing else on offer. Reception said they'd reset our a/c. Not much use when it's locked to a minimum of 19 degrees and has the power of an asthmatic hamster. Reception stank of poo. Told it was the fault of a dog. Do something to improve it then! Was the same intensity in the morning. Reluctant and far from welcoming service from the restaurant staff, minimal grasp of English. The food quality was rubbish. Hair from previous residents on wall of the TINY shower, extractor vent and floors need a damn good clean.

Sleep could of been better but also had worse at travel lodge which wouldn't use again. The room was really good overall and distance to Chessington was perfect!

Poor guy working alone meant service was slow, but totally not his fault as he was pleasant and polite on every interaction - just didnt have any time to serve us at the bar.
