Great, clean and very quiet rooms. We stayed in a premier plus room. Great little town within close driving distances to Thorpe Park and Legoland Windsor.
Aircon in the room was not great which was a letdown as we’d payed extra.
Breakfast was lovely and plentiful.

What a great hotel, the room was tidy and roomy enough for us all to sleep comfortably. Good shower TV etc. Nice and clean. The breakfast was also excellent,I have a gluten allergy and the lady managing the dining area was fantastic I ensuring all the food was appropriate and not contaminated. Great place and we would definitely stay again.

Really disappointing experience
We had a really disappointing experience at Premier Inn. We found a hair baked into our food, which is honestly disgusting and completely unacceptable.
What made it even worse was the way it was dealt with. As soon as we pointed it out, the guy snatched the plate away from us. There was no real apology or attempt to properly explain what had happened — it just felt like he wanted to get the plate out of our hands as quickly as possible.
The fact that the hair was actually baked into the food makes this even more concerning. It wasn’t something that had simply fallen onto the plate. We also noticed staff walking through the food preparation area with their hair hanging down, so it’s hard not to question whether basic hygiene procedures are actually being followed. Obviously, we can’t say for certain where the hair came from, but when you see staff working around food like that, it doesn’t exactly fill you with confidence.
Things can go wrong, and I understand that. But it’s how you deal with it when something does go wrong that really matters. In this case, the way the situation was handled was just as disappointing as finding the hair in the first place.
For a well-known hotel chain, I would expect much better standards when it comes to food hygiene and customer service. I really hope this is taken seriously and that the kitchen and staff procedures are looked at, because this shouldn’t be happening.

Bed was nice. Room was clean.
Booked at better premium room, as there was a bath in the pictures of the room, and it had a coffee machine.
Bath was to help ease a bad back after a long drive. No bath. Shower was weak. I am 6"4, no option to raise the shower head, so could not fit under the shower.
I was leaving before breakfast, so coffee machine would have been ideal. But it didnt work.
I only saw two members of staff. Security on entry.
Lady behind the bar.
Both were polite. Although when asked for a pint of coke, was served a coke glass.
All in all, it was ok. Have in mind I am writing this, with a sore back and no coffee, both of which I was hoping to not be a problem by paying for a premium room.

We had the most horrid experience with the staff at Premier inn staines. The front desk lady was racist and condescending. We had booked a family room over a centralized reservation number . ON THE STAFF'S SUGGESTION, 3 of us had booked a family room for 3 nights in the first leg of our travel and for 5 nights on the last leg of our travel. We were not hiding the fact that we were 3 ppl in one room. When we landed back for the 2nd leg of our booking, upon seeing that we were not the same colour as her, the front desk lady refused to give us our room inspite our prior fully paid booking. I had my 78 yo mother literally on roads at 10 p.m where everything has closed down. Her excuse was that we had to book 2 rooms for 3 ppl, which we eventually got bullied into booking . That was to be done AFTER she cancels our original booking. Ok. I agreed . Then she didn't refund us our money. She made our London trip a horrible experience. Shame on such racists. Premier Inn should take serious note of such staff. Very bad experience
