  Really good hotel for a short stay before Thorpe park, staff are great really friendly and helpful. Nice location but a little bit trapped if you want to walk anywhere! Rooms are actually for the price top draw, air conditioning, comfy bed where you can ask for a specific pillow and tv/coffee makers, yes makers! Two in the room.

  Great hotel with lovely, friendly staff. The room was spotless and well equipped with an iron, hairdryer, tea and coffee-making facilities, and a fridge. The air conditioning was a lifesaver on the hottest day of the year! Access to the pool and leisure facilities was an added bonus, and parking was free for overnight guests. We ate in the restaurant, which was really nice and reasonably priced. The staff never stopped cleaning and tidying. Julie, who was working in the restaurant, was especially attentive and even boxed up my partner's pizza when he couldn't finish it. We had a great night's sleep in a lovely cool room. The breakfast in morning was excellent plenty of choice. Would highly recommend this hotel! 😊

  We had a wonderful experience at this hotel, and a special thank you to Celine for taking such great care of us. Celine omaidi was extremely kind, professional, and always willing to help with a smile. The entire team was friendly and welcoming, making us feel valued throughout our stay. Their excellent customer service and genuine hospitality made our visit truly enjoyable. We highly recommend this hotel and would definitely love to stay here again. Thank you, Celine, for making our stay so memorable!

  Bmwe booked our first night through chessington and then I added an additional night through the hotel. 2 adults and 2 children. The rooms was very well presented, excellent teas and coffees in the room and very comfy beds. The swimming pool was lovely, a jacuzzi, shallow pool and main pool, nice and quiet which a glass window in the celing which was lovely. Breakfast was outstanding. Lots of variety, really friendly team and the chef which can cook any extras that aren't on the buffet- for instance porridge, pancakes, poached eggs etc. All the team were very friendly, efficient and helpful. We used the hotel ad a base for chessington and for a day trip into London using the train from the local station. Really well situated for both things and we will be using it in future for our London visits.

  I had a fantastic stay at Holiday Inn Shepperton. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained throughout. The staff were welcoming, friendly, and always happy to help, making us feel valued from the moment we arrived. The room was spacious, quiet, and provided everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The food and drink options were excellent, with a good selection available and great service in the restaurant and bar. Overall, a wonderful experience and great value for money. We would definitely stay again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area
