  A lovely hotel, especially for that romantic getaway as the hotel is set in some lovely grounds with a fantastic spa. A lovely welcome at reception and the rooms are to the Voco expectation. A snug bar and a lovely restaurant. The pool, gum and outside area are very nice, especially in the summer.

  Today, I felt truly welcomed and warmly looked after from the moment I arrived. The hotel reception staff were incredibly helpful and provided detailed information about transportation, while the restaurant team were so attentive, thoughtful and caring. The food was absolutely delicious and completely exceeded my expectations. I also had the pleasure of staying in a beautiful, comfortable and spotlessly clean room. With the gorgeous weather and stunning countryside views, I felt so lucky to have this beautiful place to escape to. After the busy and fast-paced life in London, being able to come somewhere so peaceful, slow down, relax and simply enjoy life makes me feel incredibly happy and grateful. Thank you to everyone for making my stay so special. And most of all, thank you to my husband for giving me such a beautiful and comfortable place to unwind, recharge and escape from the stresses of everyday life. ❤️ I feel truly happy, relaxed and blessed. 🌿☀️

  A Truly Relaxing and Spotless Spa Escape! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ ​I recently spent a day at this facility, and it was the perfect peaceful getaway. Everything was exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and set up for total relaxation. ​Highlights of the experience: ​Indoor Pool & Hot Tub: The main pool hall features impressive wooden vaulted ceilings and large windows that fill the space with natural light. The bubbling hot tub next to the pool was incredibly soothing. ​Steam Room & Sauna: The blue-lit steam room provided a wonderfully immersive, deep-clearing session, while the traditional wooden sauna offered great, cozy heat. ​Gym & Fitness: The gym areas and fitness facilities are a great touch if you want to get a solid workout in before winding down and hitting the spa. ​Experiential Showers: The tiled bucket shower and multi-jet spray station were a fun, invigorating way to cool off between thermal cycles. ​Outdoor Sun Terrace: The elevated paved patio features comfortable loungers and expansive views across the surrounding countryside—a perfect spot to rest in the fresh air. ​From the immaculate shower areas to the beautiful grounds, every detail made for a thoroughly rejuvenating visit. I’ll definitely be coming back!

  Came here for a spa day midweek with my mum as a birthday present. I'd booked for an afternoon tea, 55 minute back massage and facial and access to spa facilities. Had such a lovely time from start to finish. The cream tea was delicious, scones freshly baked and still a bit warm, which was a lovely touch. Staff were very attentive and helpful in the restaurant. We then made our way to the spa, where everyone on the reception desk were so warm and welcoming. Yes, the rooms are a little tired and could do with a little patch up here and there, but the swimming pool and jacuzzi were lovely. The outdoor seating section was a bonus to make the most of the last bit of summer sunshine. Lastly, we both saw Samantha for our massages, one after the other. She was absolutely excellent, so attentive, friendly and thorough in her consultations with us both and provided an exceptional service that really ended our spa trip on a high. We felt so rested and relaxed and like our arms and legs were jelly! Would gladly book with her again in a heartbeat. Overall, a lovely afternoon at this hotel and spa and it made my mum's birthday, thank you so much!

  Incredible! Lovely place, but the main star was Marian, one of the lovely masseuses at the spa. She was absolutely brilliant, and I had one of the best and most relaxing massages I’ve ever had (and that’s a fair few) with her. She made my experience even better. Highly recommend coming for a treatment! Rooms are lovely, clean. Lovely experience all around. Will definitely be coming back! Thank you Marian again!
