  I would give 10 stars for service if I could. Claire and Krisz have been absolute stars of hospitality and made what was a last minute weekend getaway a memory we would probably be talking about for years to come. Rooms are what you would expect from the Premier Inn brand, clean and modern. But it was the staff that made staying here feel like staying with friends. Thanks again for making for first visit to Guildford one to remember. P.S. Even though the hotel was located right in between the A3 and a major road, you wouldn't even know when you are in the building. The sound-proofing is next level!

  Well located with the spectrum and lido close (by which is perfect in this heat) and a quick bus ride into the town centre. Rooms were clean with aircon and staff were lovely and very accommodating!

  Good room, polite staff however if you ever want to have breakfast don’t bother paying for the unlimited breakfast within the beefeater in the hotel cooked breakfast really wasn’t worth it. Eggs were not cooked properly and most of the food was not very nice and seemed lazily done and not cooked to a proper standard. Go find breakfast somewhere else it’ll be worth the value elsewhere
