  Ok, convenient, nothing more. Room was ok, but the fact that they don't service rooms in between days of your stay is really not good. They said they stopped in COVID 6 years ago, and just haven't started again... Excuse me!

  Staff in general were really helpful and good at their job, especially at reception and the evening restaurant staff. But the morning restaurant staff were late every day without fail. The premier during the week is mainly people like me who just want a breakfast and get off to work. But 15 mins after it's opened we're still waiting for the hot food to come out. This is not a one-off. I had the same problem last year.

  Room could do with a freshen up, but not the worst I've stopped it, bed was comfy 😀 p.s. the tv in room 3 needs replacing, there's a black line going across the screen lol

  Absolute joke!!! Went to the restaurant and waiting already half an hour and still can't even make an order... They short on the staff -for 50 clients only one waitress. Not happy at all.

  The team is doing a great job considering they now have to do more than ever after the Beafeater closing, the cook is making some nice food and the hotel runs as good as always, for senior managers remember to give praise, recognise success and a good job and tell them as often as you can how well they are doing perhaps Whitbread will start investing in the actual rooms and hotels again as they get more and more run down, great job team Guildford A3 though!
