  Do not stay at this horrible hotel. We paid extra for a room upgrade and was placed next to the noisiest cleaners closet where the cleaners appear to take delight in constantly slamming the door in the early hours. They also completely ignore "Do not Service" and "Do not Disturb" signs and walk in anyway. So called management at the hotel and at IHG could not careless about customer complaints!

  I had a wonderful 2-night stay at Holiday Inn. The hotel was comfortable, welcoming, and the service was excellent throughout. A special thank you to Piyush for his fantastic bar service, friendly attitude, and warm hospitality, which made the experience even more enjoyable. I would happily recommend the hotel and look forward to staying again!

  I had a great experience at Holiday Inn. The ambience was pleasant, the environment was welcoming, and the staff was polite and courteous. A special mention to Sahil, who helped our family with the food menu and suggested some really good options based on our preferences. He guided us patiently and made sure we had a comfortable dining experience. Overall, we were very happy with the hospitality, staff conduct, and our experience at Holiday Inn. I would definitely recommend it to my family and friends and look forward to visiting again!

  Although I was quite satisfied with the services overall, I left with the following unfortunate remarks (from my 8 night stay): the shower soap was not refilled by the cleaning staff and I had to request for them to fill the bottle. But more seriously, the pair of slippers that I had were stolen as they were never retrieved. This left an overall unsatisfactory review and question about safety of personal items.

  A big thank you to all the staff at Holiday Inn, Guildford for their excellent service when I ran a workshop for 30+ delegates. We had great communication prior to the event and were warmly welcomed on arrival. The room was set up as requested, but we did have to ask for some water and glasses for each table which was provided efficiently. Pens and pads were supplied as per the contract, but not enough for all delegates, but this was also rectified immediately. The food was superb and plentiful with a good selection for everybody. The venue was clean and comfortable and location is easy to get to from all directions and has plenty of parking which is complimentary for delegates. I will definitely be using this venue again.
