  The worst parking system ever created. I booked parking on arrival from 19:00 until 12:30 the following day. The system apparently interpreted the end time as 00:30(?!?), meaning my parking expired in the middle of the night — 12 hours before the time I had actually booked until. What makes this even more ridiculous is that the receipt showed an expiry time that was 15 hours before I even arrived. When I queried this, I was told that the time was valid and that it was my mistake. Apparently I should have realised that selecting 12:30 would mean 00:30, …despite booking an overnight stay and clearly selecting an end time of 12:30! The hotel staff even told me this happens all the time, but unfortunately they couldn’t help and simply told me to book and pay again. If your booking system cannot correctly handle an overnight booking from 19:00 to 12:30 the following day, that’s a pretty fundamental problem. Check your parking booking very carefully — or you could end up paying twice. Shame as the hotel is ok but you can’t divorce yourself from your carpark just because you outsourced the problem for your customers

  This is a great hotel. Clean and spacious, with large bedrooms, plenty of parking, very good food and friendly staff. It's also surprisingly good value given its location. The best that we've tried in the area - and we've tried a few!

  Nice hotel, clean room, nice staff. It's 2026 and the room had no where to plug in a phone charger! I find that really poor, not one. Yet in the hallway the sockets had charger slots for USB. So unless you want to leave your phone in the hallway all night, you can't charge it. That said, I would use it again, but take an adapter. I took pictures of the sockets we had in our room.

  The food is nice and there are lots to choose from. Staff are very accommodating and they ensure that customers' needs are attended promptly. The place is cosy, spacious, and well-lit. Here are the staff who attended us: Jeff, John, and Jose. Special mention to Ms, Gemma.

  Nice hotel in Guildford, breakfast is delicious with nice coffee shop. Good service provided and it will be great experience for you .. just give it try guys. For those who will attend Jalsa Salana UK next year, this Hotel is quite strategic place to book as that is not far from Hadeeqatul Mahdi
