- AWAndy Woodfield1 day ago5.0I love this hotel. The staff are super helpful and friendly. Angela served me at Breakfast this morning and went above and beyond to make the time as comfortable and easy as possible. The breakfast is one of the best I have ever experienced. There is such a variety of food, free professional coffee makers, eat as much as you need, the dining room is so pleasant to be in. The hotel room is clean and comfortable. Everything is A+ - well done Holiday Inn staff.

Angela, our server, and Chef Hicham went above and beyond, regularly checking on us and asking if we needed anything. The food was delicious, fresh, and of excellent quality. Their kindness and attention to detail made our stay even more enjoyable. Thank you for such a wonderful experience!

We were really well looked after. I was dreading staying somewhere during a red alert heat wave but there’s air con in the restaurant and the room. By far the best hotel and hotel restaurant we’ve eaten in for as long as I can remember
- VBVictoria BishopJun 23, 20261.0DO NOT BOOK IF YOU ARE TAKING A BABY UNDER 1 YEAR OLD. This hotel does not have any sleep safe cots at their disposal. They provide a cot but no matress and attempt to resolve the issue by saying they can pad it out with a duvet which is not at all safe for a baby under 1. Not the hotel staffs fault as they say this is holiday inn policy but it's utterly ridiculous. You cannot say you can provide cots if you don't provide a mattress.
- CSChris SJun 14, 20264.0We stayed here for one night prior to going on holiday. Rooms are clean, a little dated but good enough for a one night stay before any early flight. Staff were very jovial and friendly on reception, very welcoming. Only negative was we decided last minute to drive to the airport rather than the train and we tried to call the hotel several times and nobody answered. We wanted to know if we could add parking to our reservation. We therefore had to book airport parking. When we spoke to reception on arrival they said they did offer parking - answer your phones! There is a bus service to the terminal from the hotel which is around £9 per adult return, £4.50 single I think. It’s not a free transfer.
