The staff were so friendly and quick to act if problems arose, and the next door restaurant was a great way to kick off the day. Thank you for making my time in Farnham all the easier!

- KDKeely DaySep 30, 20265.0Another lovely stay at Farnham premier inn saturday 26th September for a family party. The lady on reception allowed us to check in early and she was amazing and extremely helpful. Room was lovely and clean & the beds are super comfy.
- ZFZoe FranceSep 26, 20261.0Most of the staff are lovely, avoid Prudence, she’s one of the most condescending and combative members of staff I’ve dealt with in over 2 years of staying in Premier Inns Monday to Friday for business purposes! Apparently I should have known, in the dimly lit reception area that there was a button to press to open the automated door, which didn’t open for me to leave at 6pm either!! There is nothing visible to show where said button is. Perhaps if they turned the lights on in the reception area it MIGHT be more visible, however a notice on the door would have been handy!! After all this, after if pressed the buzzer for assistance, Prudence turned up with her attitude, obviously if disturbed her from doing something else, she spoke to me like I was a 2 year old. When I returned and went back down to the reception area to take photos she magically reappeared, wanting to know if everything was ok! When I asked for her name and said I was making a complaint and her attitude stank her tone completely changed and she actually chased me iron the stairwell!! Perhaps Premier In. Should look at the attitude if their night staff!! After this one incident, despite how nice other staff members were, I would not recommend this premier inn to anyone!!

What a gem she is, helped me with my early check in answered all my many questions. Even as I was sat in the lobby I saw her help so many people, helping elderly carry their bags. A real gift she is. If I’m in Farnham again and needed to stay on premier inn I would do just because of the hospitality here! Best premier inn I’ve been to.
