It's a good premier inn... rooms clean. Staff on one of the hotest days in 2026 have been super friendly, welcoming. Even though they had power cut in Epsom, staff dealt with it super well!!!

Upon arrival were greeted by Sharvari at reception, she was very welcoming, friendly and always happy to help. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The location was convenient, making it easy to get around and explore the area. Breakfast had a good variety of fresh options, and the overall I would definitely stay here again.

Visited the Epsom Derby races and needed somewhere convenient to stay. 7 minute drive, with parking just a 1 minute walk away. Great location in the centre of town - lots of bars and restaurants around too!
Check in was seamless and a great reception team in the evening - Mila and Naveed went above and beyond to ensure the whole family were well looked after.

Since I started my travel quest in 2000 I have stayed in over 1000 hotels across the 179 countries that I have visited.
I have just extended my stay at The Premier Inn, Epsom Town Centre, for the fourth set of 9 days because as I have to leave early and return late, Mr Arslan, the manager has taken personal responsibility for the safety and well-being of my wife who is disabled during my absence.
He continues to ensure that the very high standards that he has set continues to be maintained even down to the minutiae for example the cleanliness of the window blinds.
All the staff are aware of my wife's vulnerability and go the extra mile to ensure that she has a safe, comfortable and enjoyable time.
The members of staff that she is extremely fond of and very close to are Ludmilla, Sharvari, Nina, Inis and Naveed.
It would be extremely amiss if I did not add my views to this.
Sharvari, Ludmilla and Nina were born to work in the Service Industry because they are the most loveliest, caring and kindest people I have met in all my travels. Looking after people is a second nature to them and genuine.
Sharvari clearly displays Senior Management qualities and it would be foolish not to exploit them.
The others that I believe recognition are Martin, Vipin and Abdul Rahman who behind the scenes ensure her safety.
I am not looking at this through 'rose tinted glasses'.
There is room for improvement BUT the defects are being caused by the 'accountants/spreadsheet people' who are penny pinching.
I will give just 3 examples.
1. Nowhere from the moment you enter the hotel grounds is there a place to dispose of empty cans, bottles or coffee cups etc.
2. The sensors at the front door are antiquated and anyone below a certain height has to do a 'rain dance' to gain entry to reception.
3. The appointment of external contractors to deal with matters that the in-house maintenance man cannot is appalling and it appears that cheap, workshy and not being timely are the people who have been given the contracts.
THIS FALLS SQUARELY IN THE LAP OF THE MANAGEMENT BOARD.
Finally in summary, Mr Arslan and his team at the Epsom Town Centre Premier Inn run a tightly managed hotel and Simon Ewins and the Hierarchical Leaders can be quite rightly proud of their selection of this team.

We’ve stayed at Premier Inn Epsom Town Centre for the second time now and we’ve really enjoyed it once again. We absolutely love it here and will definitely be back.
The location is really convenient, just a short walk from the train station and only around the corner from the high street, which makes everything really easy and accessible.
The team are consistently fantastic and create such a welcoming atmosphere. I’d especially like to mention Mila on reception, who looked after us so well. She was thoughtful, always happy to help, and very knowledgeable, which made everything feel really smooth and easy.
Chef Hany also deserves a special mention, the Caesar salad he prepared was honestly one of the best we’ve ever had.
Also thank you to Aslan, the manager, and Sharuari on the front desk, who were both so warm and welcoming and made us and our children feel really at home.
I’d also like to mention the rest of the team, I’m sorry I don’t know all of your names, but everyone deserves a mention for making our stay so comfortable and enjoyable.
A lovely stay overall, and we’re looking forward to coming back again.
