  Was lovely! Ines made me feel right at home, very warm welcoming and friendly. Hotel was clean my room only had 2 faults the tv remote didn’t work, we then realised it was the wrong remote for the tv but we got that changed and the towel hook in the bathroom was hanging on by a thread. But other than that was lovely! Thank you for making us feel welcomed and making sure we were ok.

  Ines and Mila are always so welcoming and helpful! We have been coming to this Premier Inn for years and even with the change of staff we find the welcoming and service amazing! Thank you everyone for making our first 2 weeks so lovely x

  Just departed from Epsom Town Centre Premier Inn after comfortable 2 night stay. Good location of the hotel near the main high street. Service was friendly and you can see the staff are doing their best and multi tasking considering the size of the hotel and number of guests. We had especially friendly service from Ludmilla and Ines who served a good dinner with a smile to my family during our stay. Thank you.
