  I come often and pay and get breakfast from this premier inn and the chef Honey is always providing exceptional service and always friendly even when the restaurant is busy and very friendly with my children and family.

  Seriously cause the staff are really helpful its the fact that their air vents are so dusty and constantly on its has caused me to have severe chest pains and itching with weird dry patches all over my body and a sensation of crawling that I've ended up in hospital on several occasions which is stressful for me, the staff and other guest staying.they their best to maintain but its gone bad to long ago.

  I had a fantastic stay at the hotel in Epsom. A special thank you to Mila, who was exceptionally friendly, welcoming and helpful throughout my stay. Her warm and professional service really made me feel comfortable and well looked after. Arslan was also very friendly and helpful, and the whole team provided excellent service. My room was clean, comfortable and well equipped, with very good air conditioning. The hotel is in an excellent location, just a short walk from Epsom town centre and the train station, with easy connections to London and Wimbledon. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely return in the future. Thank you to Mila, Arslan and the whole team for making my stay so enjoyable!

  Room had paint peeling on the walls and loads of spare screw holes in the bathroom for some reason. Fan had a thick layer of dust on it, panels by the toilet were blown out. Only had one towel on arrival and had to ask reception for the rest, all the tea and coffee in the room was already empty and obv not checked by cleaning team. Morning staff were 'dont want to be here attitude', breakfast chef was a specialist in the microwave. Ran out of some food, he had back up that was pre cooked and put in microwave to heat up again. It was all tough and meh. Bed was super comfy though lol. No car park means you get rinsed at the local car parks.

  Strategic location on the corner of high street, with farmers markets, cafes and restaurants and train station all within 2-5 mins walk. Inn is functional, good light, comfortable beds, good bathrooms. They have everything you need in comfort. The staff are professional, friendly and go the extra mile (special shout out to Arslan). Would not hesitate to stay again.
