She provided a speedy and efficient check in, was always readily available to help with any queries I had throughout my stay, and was generally a very nice person to stop and chat with. There is a very creative ‘Question of the day’ whiteboard on the reception desk which sparks conversation between PI staff and fellow quests which is really fun ! I recommend this hotel and props to Duty Manager Liv, can’t wait to return on another business trip :)

- MSMark SturgesJul 12, 20261.0Very disappointing experience. I booked this Premier Inn expecting a basic but comfortable stay, but the condition of the room was unacceptable. The room was extremely hot and uncomfortable (around 31°C inside while it was only about 22°C outside). The ventilation was clearly not adequate, and despite having a fan, the room was still not enjoyable or suitable for a good night’s sleep. The windows were also in poor condition and did not provide a proper solution to improve the situation. What made the experience worse was the lack of understanding and willingness to offer a reasonable refund or gesture. I understand that problems can happen, but when a room is not providing acceptable conditions, the customer should not be expected to simply accept it. A budget hotel should still provide the basic standard of comfort promised. Unfortunately, this stay fell well below expectations, and I would think twice before booking again.
