- SDSuzanne D3 days ago2.0Usually, I love a Premier Inn, but this one not so much. There is no lift. Which is a pain when you have a suitcase and poor mobility, although help was eventually offered. The bed was uncomfortable, not the usual Premier Inn standard. The walls are thin and I was kept awake at night and woken early in the morning by the room next door. The towels smelled bad, as if they had been left damp. There is no cooked breakfast or proper dining area. Corridor smelled of cigarette smoke. On the plus side, they do have ample parking and there is a Wetherspoons right next door which serves fantastic breakfasts in a beautiful orangery!
