  Disgusting hotel, when I checked in they asked for my ID (UK national here) luckily I had my ID with me, room is bad no duvet just sheet couldnt sleep, stingy gets let the customer decide if they want duvet or not just dont be wired and the room service peoole are weird! , I would never book this hotel I hate premier inn ill stick with my IBIS!!

  Had a great experience at Holiday Inn thanks to Chef Alishba. The food was delicious, fresh, and full of flavor. You can tell she puts a lot of care into her cooking. Thank you for the wonderful meal and excellent service—I look forward to visiting again!

  From a regular user of Premier Inns this was probably the worst one that I have stayed at. No air conditioning and no restaurant at this hotel. My room had an inter connecting door to the next room and I had hoped the next door room would probably not be used but at about midnight I was woken to the sound of children on the next room trying to get into my room. Shower pressure was also poor.

  We had an awful night's sleep here. The room felt like a sauna all night. Although there was a standing fan provided, it didn't circulate any cool air, and the room remained unbearably hot. At one point, my husband even considered sleeping in the car because it was so uncomfortable. The room thermostat showed 30.5°C throughout the night, which says it all. This premier inn might be fine during cooler months, but in summer I would strongly recommend avoiding it unless the cooling situation is improved. Premier Inn really needs to address the lack of effective room cooling. Invest in air-con! Unfortunately, this is now our third experience of a poor night's sleep at a Premier Inn. Their "good night's sleep guarantee" simply hasn't matched our experience.

  You shouldn't stay here if you value quiet. Room next door had TV on and you could easily hear it through wall. Next night, person upstairs was constantly banging above my head, walking around, creaking ceiling... It was like staying in a paper box with no sound insulation. The one or two staff we met were very nice but the build quality ruined it at this particular Premier Inn. A feature that pretty much negates the whole point of a hotel, it should be built as well as it can so guests don't experience this exact thing. Plus being in horrid London where it's now more busy than Mumbai, there's never really any peace is there🤷. Won't visit again unfortunately.
