  Room was nice and clean. Asked Kush at reception if there was another room available for me to move to after putting up with heavy snoring from the nextdoor neighbour and then heavy footed kids in the room above. He told me it was no problem and moved me straight away and was very nice about it. Great customer service from him,he's a credit to the hotel!

  ​The price of the hotel is affordable, but the staff is terrible. Very bad. We rented a 12-person room and stayed for 8 nights. They didn't provide room service even once. Since it was an official business trip, we asked for printed copies of the documents, but they said they couldn't provide them. Later, they sent them via email, but there were many errors and missing items. We wrote to the hotel chain's social media accounts multiple times, but they never responded. When we wanted to check out early, they told us they wouldn't issue a refund. In short, the service was terrible.

  no air-con, hope the room can be cooler. staffs are nice. shower is fixed, no handheld. no usb charging. Unfortunately a huge group of foreigners occupied 60-70% of the restaurant during breakfast and they are very loud.

  The staff here are extremely helpful and friendly , when checking out the chap on reception who was called Julian was having a lovely conversation with my husband and was explaining how people blame the staff for not having air-conditioning but it is ridiculous if you think its the staffs fault. They offer exellent fans and we had ours balanced on the side table and was cool all night. I feel for the staff to be honest 😕 I would stay again for sure. I also left a bag of toiletries behind the bathroom door which was very important for my husbands skin and once I returned home I rang the next day when I realised we had left it and spoke to the same kind receptionist Julian took my call and he arranged to post the toiletries back to me that day. He sent me the delivery confirmation. Exellent service he went right out of his way for me. You have a great group of peole at this premier inn. The rockstars Debra and Carl 🖤

  I love this Premier Inn. I love the location and the convenience and the local facilities as they are based in an area surrounded by eateries, Costa and excellent entertainment for kids like the Oxygen Trampoline Park and Kidspace. Parking is great. Honestly what's not to love? Ram and his team were exceptional at breakfast and check out, incredibly accomodating to myself and my family and they called me within a couple of hours to let me know we had left a bag in reception. Was it warm? Yes. Probably something to do with the heatwave!
