Not nearly as good as last time we stayed, rooms felt tired and not sure the carpet had been hoovered. Breakfast wise the hot food range was poor with no beans or tomato avaible, and bread for toast was not the freshest. Would probably recommend with premier inn at gravel hill or somewhere else.
Rooms very tired, stains on chairs bedside cabinets disgusting, unable to sleep room excessively hot even with the two fans running continuously I have stayed in many Premier Inns over the last 18 months and this was the worst, staff were lovely I can’t fault them. I would not recommend this hotel don’t book it!!!!!

First of all, i want to say how AMAZING the staff are in this hotel. I can only name the names i know such as Ram, Zejna, Kush, Jackie, and literally all the other staff members i have interacted with, i wish i knew all their names. The kitchen staff really do go above and beyond, and the Manager (I don’t know a name) is really supportive and accommodating. All round this had been a POSITIVE experience that has helped me and my Mother through a traumatic time, and the staff here have made it less stressful for us being away from home for an unexpected long period of time. I didn’t expect such great hospitality, and i have travelled a LOT! But being here has actually taken a weight off my shoulders knowing my mum is safe and comfortable and i don't need to worry about anything accommodation wise. These guys truly have and ARE helping us through a very difficult time and i could not be more appreciative.
The rooms are clean, the food is great. TV in our rooms with great signal. I really couldn’t ask for more. These guys really do go out of their way when they can to really make you feel comfortable.
What an amazing team, which i know is rare in this day in age.
Thank you all So So much.

We knew there was no air conditioning but what they DON'T tell you is that the building is very poorly ventilated, so you can put a fan on, open the windows as far as they go, do what you like - you're not cooling it down. And the bathroom? Forget it, that was like having a sauna inside a greenhouse.
We spent the two most uncomfortable and sleepless nights we've ever spent in a hotel here and we're not likely to ever come back - there were cleaning staff having to take sick days due to the heat so no way they can say they don't know there's a problem that goes far beyond a lack of air conditioning. The inside of the building was still at 29 degrees at one in the morning. It was 23 outside!
There was a fan but it was fastened to the wall on the desk, way down past the foot of the bed, so all it did was make the hot air faster. At least it did until I unscrewed it and put it as close to the window as available sockets would allow.
With such a critically poor ventilation system you're going to have major issues in the heat and eventually mold will go through the building like wildfire. Sort it BEFORE someone ends up being taken out of there in an ambulance.
