Baking hot room, air-con is broken, windows only open a crack as security limited so not comfortable at all. Noisy rattley fans provided they do nothing and the TV volume is restricted so we can't even hear it over the fans! Room feels tired and extremely basic for a premier inn, worst we have ever stayed in by far and in desperate need of updating. We were lucky to be first in the attached restaurant, let me warn you - the speed of service is excruciating and they are very under staffed. Again baking hot with no air-con and few opening windows. I genuinely felt very bad for the staff working in a difficult situation. The restaurant itself is best described as shabby, the menu is basic and unispiring. Everything recived was adequate lacking in freshness and nutrition.

Unfortunately I was an unlucky guest with no Air-con so a rather hot unpleasant night with a fan circling hot air.
The room was clean. Pillows needed updating, too flat.
Breakfast was adequate but the onsite pub is a service shambles.

If you’re staying here it’s because of the location, being ideally situated for Chessington Adventure Park.
Rooms were pretty standard, we thankfully had AC but would have been a nightmare if we were in one of the rooms which had broken AC.
The restaurant next door is your usual bang average establishment but the glaring truth is that it was understaffed, watching 2 girls run around trying to look after a full room of guests, clean, serve the bar was painful to watch and you are just left waiting during every stage of your dining experience. No fault of the staff, they worked tirelessly but were clearly stressed and overworked. Also, no draught beers were available, so the deal of 2 beers for £10 wasn’t really a deal when you’re stuck with buying 330ml bottles.
If you choose the restaurant, come in with low expectations to avoid being disappointed.

I came to stay here the night before going to chessington world of adventures as I live very far. The room was as expected and very clean. I’m shocked to see other reviews saying their rooms were dirty. Anyway had a great stay and staff was lovely especially the man who checked me in, Jay. He was very kind and happily assisted me with clean towels and any questions I had. Great stay overall!

I’m disappointed with the premier inn. Before visiting i received an email stating the aircon in the hotel wasn’t working. I still decided to keep my bookings as I assumed it was a fault throughout the hotel and I’d booked tickets for them dates at Chessington so I’d have to suck it up and so would everyone else. The day we visited happened to be one of the hottest of the year. The room was a ridiculous temperature, the fan provided was blowing around hot air - no help at all and we barely slept that evening which affected our weekend as we had 2 days tickets for Chessington and on day 2 we were exhausted!. There were 2 other rooms booked out with our group and both those rooms had working aircon. I contacted premier inn directly as I felt it was unfair that we paid the same price as the other rooms when we didn’t receive the same service and didn’t get the same nights sleep as they did. Premier inn didn’t care and referred back to their terms and conditions unfortunately. Also, when we arrived at around 4/5pm we were told the restaurant wasn’t taking anymore bookings that evening. We then had to order from a local takeaway. Overall, we had a very disappointing stay at this hotel, and the customer service from premier inn since leaving has also been poor. I’d have given more stars if we had fully working appliances within the room and if premier inn dealt with my issue properly instead of hiding behind the terms and conditions. Just to confirm the contact I am referring to is with premier inn directly not the staff at this hotel. Any contact I had with the staff during my stay they were always pleasant and polite.
