  There is no toilets in the lobby. With kids, things can't be predicted and it's frustrating when we have checked out our room and the restaurant is closed. In particular the hotel is far from other businesses for toilets. My kid was looking for toilet when we returned from the park for our suitcase and waiting for uber. The staff gave us a straight no (quoting he words "of course we don't") which is quite uncomfortable when we are struggling. The room is also poorly maintained and no way we would be revisiting again.

  Obviously this place is perfect to stay if you're going to/been to Chessington. The rooms are clean and well equipped, the beds very comfortable. The price was slightly higher than we usually pay, but still ok for the great location. As a regular Premier Inn customer, the service here wasn't as good as other locations we've stayed at. The evening meal restaurant staff were pleasant but despite the place being relatively quiet, service was very slow towards the end. The menu was also the worst we've ever encountered, very limited and boring. If I hadn't already pre-booked the meal deal, we would have gone elsewhere for dinner. The breakfast was as good as ever and the lovely lady (who was on her own due to staff sickness) brought my son some pancakes so he was made up! The TV in the room had a volume max level set, which I've never noticed they do before but I do understand and kind of support. However, the film we tried to watch was very quiet and with the air con on, the maximum volume limit wasn't actually high enough! Overall though another good stay and we would return for the location, beds and breakfast.

  We had a 2 day stay here in a family room during our trip to Chessington World of Adventures. Good size room and travel cot put up ready for our arrival. Staff at breakfast friendly and very good with our excited birthday girl. Great price and great location with a 5 minute walk into Chesshington world of adventures.

  We had a really lovely stay! The hotel is very nice, the service was great, and the food was absolutely awesome. Our room was cleaned every day, which was a big plus. The only downside was that the rooms get very hot, but thankfully the air conditioning helped a lot. The location is fantastic, within walking distance of Chessington World of Adventures, making it so convenient for a family trip. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend this hotel! ❤️

  To be clear this review relates to the hotel not premier inn in general. Avoid this hotel at all costs it is the worst premier inn we have ever stayed in. Bed was made by a blind person, duvet cover was inside out when trying fix it noticed the duvet had stains. In the morning went for a shower to find it wasnt working. Asked at reception if there was another room we could shower inn. Told none available would have to wait until 9:30 when house keeping had cleared rooms however we had to be out by then so no shower. Went for breakfast at the hotel pub next door at 7:15. Buffet style fry up was awful had clearly been out for hours as everything dry could barely cut the bacon. Went to use the toilet which was grim. First cubicle had no toilet paper the other one had a fly buzzing around so held it until back to the hotel. We ended up being offered a refund on the breakfast as an apology for the shower Back at hotel just as about to head out given keys to new room to throw bags inn noticed a smell but has just been cleaned so ?cleaning products. Open window and go out for day. Came back into room which absolutely stinks to the point we know we cant sleep there. Ask at front desk to be moved again. No other rooms available. Can we shower in stinking room and go back to broken shower room to sleep. No the original room has been taken out of use. Yes but its just the shower so its fine? No we cant do that. Can we speak with manager? They radio the manager and we can hear them say no im too busy to deal with that. No other options offered. We ended up driving home for 4 hours rather than stay in the stinking room after being up at 6 with no shower and having been out all day. This was all with my partner being pregnant. To give the premier inn central customer complaints team credit when we called them up we got through immediately and they almost immediately confirmed they would issue a full refund for both nights which was processed very quickly. This is the only reason i will stay with premier inn in the future but i will never stay at the Chessington premier inn again and i would advise everyone to avoid it like the plague.
