  We had a gorgeous meal last night at the Premier Inn restaurant. Chloe and Eddie could not of gone out of their way more to look after us. Myself and Partner and our 3 children were talking about them on our journey home. The restaurant was insanely under staffed. But it did not stop both Chloe and Eddie making it such a special evening. The food was hot, delicious and no waiting time. We are so grateful they gave us such a wonderful visit. Thank-you from all of us.

  After driving for 2 hours with children with extra needs in the car, we pulled in here hoping to use the bathroom as we were due to go to chessington which had closed with zero notice, despite having a disabled child the woman point blank refused to allow us to use to toilet, avoid if you want anyone with any type of compassion

  Booked a table for 7pm. It's now 8.10pm and still haven't had our food. Pathetic. I'd like to say that the staff were doing their best despite being understaffed but they couldn't look any less interested. The main girl looked like she wanted to be anywhere else but serving us. If you come here, make alternative arrangements for food. Premier Inn will probably thank you for it as they've all but abandoned it as an additional service for this location.

  Booked in for an overnight stay with children ahead of visiting Chessington World of Adventure. Arrived at the hotel, check in, booked meal time as part of pre paid meal deal. Arrived at restaurant, no bookings times passed on by hotel to them, same for several other guests. One chef, one hostess (even though would of seen amount of meal deals sold). Told would not get seated till much later, then completely ignored. Had to go out and source own food late, which had to bring back to the room (lovely smell for us over night). Offered refund on meal deals, which would take 2-3 days. Turns out that's actually 8 working days. No air conditioning, extractor fan was most definitely not working despite claims to the contrary. Followed complaints procedure, only to have to follow that up as well as no contact to be flippantly informed well it can take 5 working days and this is the 5th day even though zero evidence they had done anything with the complaint in the first 4.5 days as they suddenly had all the answers on todays call. Not happy. Toilets in the restaurant at breakfast time were in an awful state, yet again one hostess on shift who was less than a friendly welcome!

  We stayed there on the night of the 23rd of July 2026, the hotel itself was the same as all Premier Inns, we were asked if we wanted to book dinner and breakfast, we said we'd get back to them, i went to the pub next door and was going to book a reservation for myself, my wife and child, they had a deal where you could book 2 courses and a drink for 26.99, I thought this was good so asked the girl in the restaurant if I could book, she said I need to go back to the hotel to pay then come back with the receipt. I went back, paid then returned to our room to get ready for dinner, the 3 of us walked over around 19.30, there was about 5 couples seated already, i waited where the sign said 'wait here to be seated', 10 mins later no one had come to me so my wife and I went to the bar to ask the staff about being seated, we were promptly told they probably wouldn't be able to serve us as the "chef" is on his own and can't keep up. We all know its microwave and oven food, not freshly cut and prepared like a real restaurant but then I asked why she sent me away to pay when there was no intention of serving us, I just got a rehearsed sorry as an explanation. I returned to the hotel and explained it to the receptionist who told me I can't ask for a refund till the morning when the manager is there, which I did. The manager dealt with it promptly and asked if we still wanted breakfast, i declined since I had no faith in someone who can't cook for 12 people separately to be able to do unlimited breakfast for an entire hotel! I am now waiting for the refund as they can't do it instantly, they like to get some interest from it first I guess
